I woke up to the sound of those words today, Journal. Spoken by a soft feminine voice. I don't know what they mean. My terminals were shut off. No activity in my apartment.

The oddest thing, Journal. I got up and read the news this morning. It seems, Wrex, a Krogan I've known for years, was identified, by Liara T'soni, as a cerberus controlled agent. Liara tragically died during the battle to disable the krogan.

How could this be? I am Liara T'soni. I have vague memories of the krogan being captured, an asari being felled as a roof collapsed. I can recall feeling satisfaction over these events, but the news reports said it was me. Why would I be happy about my own death? And if I died, why am I still here?

The crew don't trust me. Some of them called me an evil clone. Clone? Absurd. And why evil? Surely if I was anything but the real Liara, I would be good, or perhaps tragically misunderstood. Maybe I had a bad childhood. So hurtful.

Why can't I remember having a childhood?

Jack got really angry at Garrus today. She was convinced he is a cerberus agent! It seems he isn't however. Unfortunately her biotics backfired and she ended up in hospital. Just as well, she scares me a little.

I met a friend today. She's helped me see things clearer. She pointed out an article about a 'Cerberus Science Project'. She says that's what I am. So I'm not the real Liara. Well, I wasn't. I am now. My friend thinks I should join Cerberus, but I don't know. She says Cerberus created me, gave me life, so I owe them. But Shepard hates them and Liara allies with Shepard, no matter what. And I'm Liara. Yes. Right?

We had a meeting today, Journal. They still don't trust me. But the reporter does. Yes, for some reason the press was at our meeting. She trusts me though. I like her.

Garrus thinks the reporter is the agent. The reporter is accusing Miranda, of all people. I like the reporter. She makes some good points. I believe her. So why am I not telling Garrus to leave the reporter alone? Why am I accusing the reporter? Why are we not all accusing Miranda?

My friend, Brooks, tells me there is no control chip in my brain, but I wonder if this is really the case. Miranda has been acting odd, well odd for her. Yet, I am not accusing Miranda, instead I accuse the nice reporter.

The reporter is really unhappy with Shepard. I guess I can't blame her. But we still need to find the Cerberus spy. I will check on Miranda tonight. She is really nice too.

Exciting news, Journal! Miranda is the Cerberus agent! I've caught her! Garrus tried taking her out, but she got away and took out poor Kasumi instead. I like Kasumi, she trusted me too. Garrus still doesn't, but I'm sure I can win him over.

Brooks says I need to make a decision. She's right, but what will I decide? Cerberus has done some bad things. Shepard has as well, although more good things than Cerberus did.

I am a clone. I'm being told I must support one side or the other. Why? I'm neutral in their fight. Liara. The Shadow Broker. I have free will.

I know what I have to do. I'm being called by Shepard. I have to go now.

Reed, you've put up a good fight. Very good for your first game, well the first game as a hero. You missed a tell or two. Pela acting odd, getting upset that she is always under suspicion, for instance. Pela is normally pretty chill about that.. You'll learn that stuff in time though as you get to know us better.

Pela Pela Pela. You've done really well! Remember us being the first evil duo in the Citadel game? And Dragon, the first evil partner I had in the Skyhold game. Good times.

And it seems we've come full circle. I grumble when a spy, but it's fun and I haven't been one in a while.. so.. Sorry Reed

Just out of curiosity... what happens if it ends 1v1? Like say, if I had shot Space instead of trying to shoot Pela. OR if Pela couldn't protect and it was then me and evil Space left?

But seriously, my advice was solid. Pela was the higher priority target.

Oh wait, if you had taken Non-Miranda Pela out, the game would have been over and heroes would win. Clone doesnt matter in that case. I was honest about that.
