I'm trying to work on art pieces but I can't feel satisfied, perception is causing me trouble, there's something i'm not getting right about the eggelf and i can't pinpoint what it is exactly *mumbles endlessly*

sorry I just joined here I will look through pictures. I thought this was new xD but it doesn't matter.
I asked two artists for commission ... to draw my inquisitor with solas. I am so looking forward to seeing the finished pictures

first my DeviantArt Dragon Age Fav Folder was full of inqui + cullen .. now solavellan pics are everywhere

I wanna start drawing real life art again .. to draw my inquisitor and so on xD but I am more a comic artist .. so it will be hard for me I guess.
I know the feeling when you're not satisfied and think something is wrong :-\

I am a writer as well (but only in german ... in english my stuff sucks because of language barriers ). But I haven't written any DA story so far. Have absolutely no idea o_O only wrote DBZ. 
if you have small ideas why not write some oneshot? before starting a long story?

I learned french in school but forgoto almost everything >_< 5 years french and it was a waste xD yeah so you feel with me. I mean I can speak and write english but it's not enough for a fanfiction. there would be so many grammar mistakes. nobody would want to read that  It's good if you wanna try Just try to get some native beta to improve the quality of your writing. that's what I did when I wrote one short story in english.

ok good to know. I really thought I was the only one. because I was talking to a friend and she romanced completely different ppl than me! she can't understand what I like about solas xD 
honestly :.. I have to admit. When I first saw solas I was thinking "who is that bald dork?" and now I am like "TAKE ME FEN'HAREL". 

my boyfriend thinks I am totally weird because I am in my 4th play through. He is always like "yeah shouldn't you be playing games that u don't know?" he already made me feel guilty because I am enjoying these coversations over and over xD

I really wish I could speak French, it's such a pretty language! I studied German many years in school, but I never maintained it so I've forgotten sooo much... I think if I really wanted to I could refresh my skills, but I'm not really motivated to do it (I use it so rarely).

Hmmm.... I've been thinking about dreaming and how our perception of dreaming is distorted - how stuff can sometimes feel like it's happening forever, while in reality we've dreamed for like 10 minutes. Even in movie "Inception" it's a basis of suggesting that time in dreams passes way slower than in reality, to a point that when main character and his wife end up get trapped in dream state, they've felt it like spending decades together, rather than a few hours.

I kinda wonder if Veilles world was like that? I mean... I'm not suggesting that ancient elves only dreamed or imagined that they lived for aeons and Solas only went to Uthenera last Thursday, but perhaps the Fade did something to "stretch" time? It could perhaps explain why time becomes way more malleable after the Breach opens and allows Alexius to modify it. Or explains why Solas tells to Inquisitor to live well, while time remains?
