DAO - Would love to hit it with Roland (the guy from Highever Castle, HN origin) my Tabris would probably settle with him. And of course Ban Teagan and later be Redcliffe's future Arlessa (yes please!) I don't mind NOT being a Queen.
DA2 - Probably Seb (he isn't a full romance) or most definitely Varric. I like sane people.
DAI - Already got what I want, for sure (Cullen). But if anything goes, I'll make a characters just to romance: - Rylen (Cullen's 2nd). I love his accent and his snark is just too funny. - Ameridan (although risking Tellana's wrath. Yikes) but hey.

Nope, Seb is only romanceable by femHawke, though it's not much of a romance. And the claim that Hawke can marry him is exaggerated since a.) it doesn't happen in-game (they don't even get officially engaged) and b.) no matter what you did in DA2, they aren't married in DAI. So really, all you get is a lot of talk about it.
I'm pretty sure they do, since after the last romance scene in the DLCs there is banter among some of the companions about you and he being married. At least if you do the chaste Chantry wedding in the Friend route. But yeah the actual ceremony is offscreen, like Alistair. Where is it said they aren't married in DAI?
Neither Hawke nor Varric ever mention him, like they do every other LI. To me, that means they aren't together. Or Bioware forgot that was actually an option, which wouldn't surprise me. But, since Hawke goes back to Kirkwall, rather than Starkhaven, in the epilogue? Yeah, not married.

Yes they do, or at least Hawke does. Romanced Sebastian: Later upon asking Hawke why she is alone, she will state that Sebastian is the Chantry advisor in Starkhaven. The throne is still in contention there. Without him, it would be open war among the noble families. He'd have dropped everything to come with her, but he'd have hated himself for doing it.

Yes, this happen if the Inquisitor talk with Hawke after her cameo, in Skyhold.

Also if you sacrifice a Hawke who romanced Sebastian in the fade, she will say "Sorry Sebastian". I actually think there are more references to their romance in DA:I in there was in DA2 itself.

Maybe stuff was fixed in a patch but I don't remember any mention at all in my game. I did rivalmance in DA2. Maybe that makes a difference?

Well, she isn't a companion. I think it's debatable whether she is a LI for male Cousland or not.
She's not. Nowhere is she listed as a Love Interest for the player. There isn't even any love expressed during the main game unless you headcanon it. Anyway, the point is throughout the series so far Bioware has only had female-exclusive LIs be available to be married, which I don't think is fair for players whose LIs of choice are available to men or to both. Though on the other hand, you do marry and presumably sleep with her. And she did seem to show a bit of actual interest while she was talking to my Cousland. (Although maybe that was just me seeing what I wanted to see, or Anora faking hoping it would help her position.)

The scene in the Vigil's Keep is the proof but seems she happy with the decision even in the DAO too. True, this may be coming from the fact, that she able to keep her position in this case – all depends on the viewpoint again, I suppose she amazed by the Hero of Ferelden...

In Origins I probably would have gone with Alistair if it was an option.
Anders is perfect in every way, so I would still stick with him, like I did with all of my 20+ DA2 playthroughs.
Dorian is the best character in Inquisition, but since most of the cast is completely intolerable, that's not saying a grrat deal. I would've done at least one playthrough for Cullen, though, purely because he gets a dog.
