My old characters from the PS3 for Origins uploaded to the keep fine. Just finished my first full run of Origins and it's expansions for the PC, and can't figure out how to get that Warden into the Keep. If she didn't cross into the Keep, will her worldstate register when I go to start DA2?
Help? Please and thank you

DA2 doesn't pull saves from the Keep regardless. You'll carry your Origins save file directly over. For Inquisition, you can just build whatever World State you want in the Keep and export that.

Thank you - I guess I'll do that, build from scratch. Is there a way to change who the Warden is (origin/class/gender) creating from scratch? If not I'll just create a character and run it through the origin on the PS3, then use that one to custom build the world state...

Yes, all the vital details about your Warden can be set to your liking in the Keep, as long as they're achievable in story (so, you can't, for example, have a Dalish Mage in the Keep, even if you mod that option in, although it would carry over to DA2). You can also upload a picture to said generic-Warden's profile if you want to make him or her easily identifiable.

If not I'll just create a character and run it through the origin on the PS3, then use that one to custom build the world state... Also wanted to add that if you're creating a Warden completely from scratch, you just need to select the default Dalish elf / Dwarf noble / etc. and then you can change their name, upload a picture, and then select all your choices in the Keep. Or you can start a new DAO playthrough, sync that Warden up, and then select your story choices.
