No matter what I try and do, I cannot seem to get Lilly to trigger wanting a nug.
So far I've tried:
Lower her affinity
Raise her affinity
Speak to the Nug Wrangler
Speak to the Idle Dwarf.
Complete the nug gathering quest.
Leave and return to Orzammar.
No, I am not in a romance with her, I know you can get the quest if you are or not.
Furthermore, Lilly's personal quest is completed, The only conversations I have left with her are: Asking her to leave or telling me a story.
I could have sworn there was a MOD to fix this but, the official forums are gone, as are the MODs. And the only MOD I seem to run into is one that shuts Schmooples up at camp.
Anyone wanna to chime in here, please.
Thank you!

I did completed her personal quest, and when I brought her to Orzammar I spoke to her. She told me about wanting a nug. I bought the nug and gave it to her at camp right before going to the Tower, to see if they would accept Dagna.

Yes.
And every where I look, it says, "If Lilly does not speak to you about it when you first arrive in Orzamar, bring her back and eventually she'll talk about it."
No matter what I do, she will not trigger it. And no reasearch has turned-up a console code for the trigger nor a MOD.
I sure hope someone with more knowledge with the DAO creator could create a fix for this, its so damn frustrating.

One of the best thread titles ever there. There is a mod named Banter Now which I use in DAO. Simply enable the console and type 'runscript banternow' and it triggers anywhere. Then just open the console and press the up arrow on the arrow keys and it'll bring back the last command you typed, so you can quickly trigger it again. Do this as you enter Orz with Leliana, even mixing up your crew if you need too, and it might trigger? You could also mess around with Leliana's bug list on the console settings, there may be something about nugs there. You can check out all the console stuff on this page - dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Console_(Origins)Oh and FWIW, I've had a Schmooples-less Leliana in DAI and she still has the letter about nugs on her desk, so it makes no difference to Inquisition either way.

I've looked into that MOD, sadly that only pertains to dialogue spoken between companions while traveling. With the case of Lilly, you need to speak to her directly upon entering the city to trigger the dialogue. Yes, I've gone over the list of commands and none seem to offer a way to trigger the conversation. Does not help considering I've read many complain that this particular "quest" is quite buggy. Oh I am aware that if Lilly does or does not acquire her nug, it will show up in DAI. I am a completionist, so not being able to complete something do to a darn bug irks me to no end. But thank you very much for your help.

I'd be confused then, is it a nug that is causing me to sneeze or Oghern?!?
