Gottta say I'm a bit disappointed that the teaser was all there was but I suppose it was to be expected. Would've been awesome had they done the Fallout 4's with it, announced it and then said it's coming out already.

At least it's official now also late 2019 is totally possible but we'll see how it is next year then.

The music really gave me all the right Space-feels.

Seems important enough. I suspect that it might have something to do with the plot of the game, but your guess is as good as mine.

STARFIELD!!!

I am super happy this is finally confirmed and that it's going to be a big SP RPG IN SPACE!

I was already about to trun the stream of the Bethesda conference off because I thought it was about to close up when Tod Howard got to those last two teasers. Fantastic. Couldn't be happier about the fact that both Starfield and TES6 got confirmed. I don't even mind that it'll [robably be a long time before we'll see them released. The main thing is that they are real.

That's always a matter of perspective. If you only care about one single thing, why watch the press conference in the first place? In that case, I'd rather wait another 10 minutes until the summaries and individual trailer/teaser vids come up on the web.

It's a matter of structure. Although I agree, it was a bit bad structured, but showing those teasers at the end was the right thing to do.
They need to show something to catch everyone's interest, and then keep going up and up, and then a "finale" to take everyone breaths. Their conference was like roller coaster this time. The best one they did is still the 2015 one.

Oh yeah, for me Bethesda dropped the ball too. Not really that interested in F76, and the rest was meh. Taking out RAGE 2 which I like, but already knew about.

Well, F76 is not for me either. Prey Rage 2 unfortunately doesn't excite me at all. Looks way too much like a fairly generic open world thing. Another Doom could be nice but really we haven't seen much here and it's also not anything I am loosing sleep over. The TES Phone game looks fairly impressive from a purely technical perspective, I'll give 'em that but I'll probably never play it, no a phone gamer.
So yea, the best parts for me were also definitely the Starfield and TES 6 teasers (which I really didn't expect anymore at this point, so I am very happy about those two) and the Skyrim on Alexa thing, which was very funny. In general, I think Tod Howard did a very good job on everything he presented and he kinda saved the press conference IMO.
Definitely better then their Bethesda Land BS last year.

Well, it doesn't give much away, but the dev is enough to get me excited. 😀

Wow, sorry, I meant Rage 2, not Prey 2, little brain malfunction on my part there. The Prey DLC stuff actually looked kinda intersting to me but I am not even through the main game so, well, whatever.

But hehe, I love that they made a real Alexa thing out of it. That's fantastic. With all that self-adulation that is going on at E3 press conferences (and Bethesda's by no means excluded), a little self deprecating humor is very refreshing and makes them way more likable to me than all this "we are so amazing" BS.

Once 76 is out, Maryland and Montreal studios will move on to Starfield. Austin will remain in charge of the on-line service of 76.

They were going to announce Starfield and TES VI this E3 all along, since this interview was done pre E3 and they discussed the games announcement a little bit. Starfield is mentioned as a "massive undertaking" and in Todd Howard's words in the list of things they always wanted to do, this is "the biggest most epic science fiction thing you can possibly imagine" and "I think we are uniquely positioned to make this game". Supposed to be a big single player game.
