If we're talking about cliches, I'm going to ask for a lady warrior who's a lesbian (or possibly bi). Like, from what I remember of interviews I get the strong impression that the writers think it's a cliche and want to avoid it, but they haven't even done it once.

I'd just like any elf lady that my heterosexual male elf can romance. To date, when playing a male elf who wants to romance an elf, I've either had to play him as gay/bi (DAO) or opt for no romance at all (DAI). Bonus points if we get a wedding at some point as well. (That applies to any of my male characters). Meanwhile, my female PC would appreciate an elf romance who doesn't walk out after sex (actual or Fade) and leave her hanging for 2 years wondering if he is going to return. Thought Fenris was bad enough but at least he came round eventually and hadn't been working on his plan to destroy the world in the interim. However, I was less than pleased with how their relationship was dealt with in DAI and how his attitude towards Hawke was presented in the comic series. As for Solas........ I deserve something better.
