Wait wait, what's that about damage scaling for LL ad HL to be able to play together? I'm really wondering how that concept would work... HL would do less damage if a LL joins? Or HL receives more damage from enemy attacks? What's the point in leveling then? I'm guessing similar to how ESO mixes different level players together when fighting the same thing. As dungeons and such the mobs never change. A low level will scale up to the mobs. Granted there are factors such as gear and skills which can seperate low lovels from each other even if scaled the same. Same as a high level just makes is easier for all involved. I do enjoy how ESO handles things.
Course then there is SWTOR which each world has a max level cap.. So high level characters get scaled down to that worlds max level. You don't loose abilities. Just the base stats get lowered for the character. Stops no one from still blasting thru any content.
