ArrrQuisition! (OOC)

(Hi Sofa, you said general section before it gets moved to RP. I hope it's the right one.)




ArrrQuisition! is an RP designed to goof around rather than to write a realistic narrative.

The idea is that all Inquisition maps aka land areas become seas - le example: HinterSeas! Haven or later Skyhold are major ports where the ships can get supplies and repairs.

Captain Sharkbait Adonniel is gathering a crew, sort of like the Bull's Chargers, who sail around and unofficially help out the Inquisitor beat up the bad guys. In the process we have a bunch of hilarious adventures and we look heroic (if not very much within legal bounds) by bringing chaos into the evils ranks!

There isn't any specific plot, more situation inspired plot. In general, we'll start with the lower level maps and advance to the higher ones. Providing the RP doesn't kick the bucket, eventually we'll get to defeating Admiral Corypheus.

The participation and writing commitment are not demanding. You may create a character to leap aboard at any moment in the story and then make the silliest excuse to jump off.

Your characters need to interact with those of other players. It's ok to temporarily fracture from the central story line, but not when your character runs off on a completely unrelated adventure for many pages.

Please create and post your character profile in this OOC thread. This is also the discussion place. The RP part is for the story posts only. You will need to create a silly pirate name for your character.

During RP you may also take control of the random minor characters mentioned in the narrative. You do not need to create a profile for them.

You will need to type a bolded note at the top of each post from whose perspective you are writing, as well as your location.

Otherwise, please follow the standard RP rules in terms of the etiquette. For example, don't take control of another player's character and write on their behalf.

Since we may need to refer to the Inquisitor, she's going to be elf rogue/bow.

I doubt we'll be referring to the world template much, so that's it for now. There is no need to be accurate with DA history or details such as googling to find out the right date for something.

So far I've altered a bit a couple of known Inq character names. If you make new ones, please give me a poke over pm so I could add them to this list for reference.
