Can we have a romancible asari character that is not of a academic background?

We should have an asari who is stripper. It's considered to be common among young asari. She'll defeat the enemy by shaking her booty and flashing her tits. Then, while they're distracted, she shoots them. I think it would totally work. If an archaeologist can do it, why not a stripper?

I would guess that's why the destiny was destroyed. Instead of fighting the geth, they decided it would be better to put the stripper poles they had on the ship to good use.

Yeah didn't like that at all. Though the one moment of clarity that the councilor has in ME3 during Cerberus' assault was nice, but it was far too little and far too late in the end. Alas, I don't see them being humble enough to accept losing power in the Council. An 'Asari Rebellion' could be an interesting angle though. 

At least the others were willing to talk way before that point, sure they had their own self interests, but the fact that they came to the table while the Asari couldn't climb down from Olympus and join everyone as equals makes it that much worse. They were perfectly fine with everyone else burning and it could be said that they weren't the only ones. They were just the only ones not willing to even entertain a discussion. Maybe I'm not remembering correctly, but it's not until Shepard personally saves the Councilor that they are willing to throw their lot in. And yes you can't punish an entire race for what some of their leaders did, but their leadership should certainly be called into question. 

 In regards to Cerberus, one could argue that they were indoctrinated during the events of ME3. The Asari don't have that excuse.  

And that is why we like the krogan, they don't piss around like the others. They see a threat and they act on it.

They helped before Thessia. There are a few conversations talking about their help as well as some quests that trigger before it. 

As for the Councilor holding back info on the Beacon, when I saw that scene it seemed like she wasn't even in the know and only the ruling Matriarchs did. She is just a representative after all. The moment they told her, she was allowed to tell you. 

Anyway, we should probably let this go and go back to romancing asari since that's what the topic is about.

That's not even implausible given that we know sex in the physical sense isn't required.  It's more to accommodate the partner, assuming they're even physically compatible.  (Presumably, this would rule out volus, hanar and maybe even elcor.  Plus, if I go down other paths, the Leviathan, rachni, and keepers are probably incompatible.
