Mine would be... well, I don't typically remember attack names.
But to me, it was getting that dragon killing animation against the archdemon (not the US). And the Arishok fight, with Hawke slowing him down with one of the Force Mage skills and then finishing him off by raining fire on the motherfucker.

My memorable kill? When I first killed a the Ferelden Frostback in DAI.
It's memorable because I remember when I first died to it. I was low level, new to Dragon Age, undergeared, and was just so excited to fight a dragon that I just ran at the Ferelden Frostback with nothing but me, Cassandra, Varric and Iron Bull applauding my choice behind me. Guess how that turned out.
So when I finally leveled up some, got some gear and got my Knight Enchanter specialization, I made it a point to return to that Ferelden Frostback...only for the dragon to wipe my entire party, leaving me all alone. And words cannot describe the satisfaction I felt when I slayed that dragon all by my lonesome.

I think it was when I killed the Vinsomer on Nightmare the first time. I even captured it on video. It wasn't as flawless as I had planned but it was a great achievement for me because that dragon is quite a tough one with its electricity rings and having to pause to dispel them with magic or Cass. I had it all planned out, the strategy I was going to use and so forth and it went somewhat or nothing at all like that, but I beat it in the end.
I just got back into playing a few weeks ago, played a normal save to start, loaded up an unfinished Nightmare save I had from Jan '17. I did absolutely no planning or prep to fight the Vinsomer and I beat it by the skin of my teeth, but I remember the thrill of killing it on that difficulty the first time.
I also met with the Highland Ravager last night, well, I'll just say that one didn't go so smoothly, lol.

My first time killing the Archdemon in Origins, I didn't realize I'd be sent back to the camp after I killed the Archdemon. So I'd thought I'd have to strip my companions during the Final Battle if I wanted to keep their gear during Awakening. Which meant I stripped Sten during the battle so I could keep his gear. I think I did it while he was striking the final blow against the Archdemon.

The Fereldan Frostback. The other dragon fights were a breeze, but with that one I had only just started to get into Knight Enchanter and it was really touch and go. Companions "died" pretty fast, but I just about held on.

Actually beating Ser Cauthrien in Denerim whilst rescuing Anora in Dragon Age Origins. On my first playthrough of the game I lost to her and ended up having to do the whole 'escape from the tower' side quest with my original female Surana elf mage. The second playthrough, this time as a sword/shield wielding warrior female Cousland I had a plan though I expected it to fail. As soon as the fight began I abandoned my companions and ran back into Anora's room where only Cauthrien herself and two soldiers followed me. Between my tanky abilities and a whole lot of healing potions ect I was able to kill them. After that it was just a case of luring the other soldiers back one by one until only the archers were left. At which point I ran across the room and used the kinda mini-nooks there to keep the other archers off me while I picked off the one in front of me. One by one, until they were all dead. Needless to say although this was done at normal difficulty, I was rather pleased with myself.
The Arishok fight in DA2 was particularly memorable for me. My first playthrough I opted for a duel which largely involved using my Mabari pet as a distraction/tank and kiting him between lobbing spells at him. In my second playthrough (again as a female mage Hawke) I felt much more comfortable with DA2's combat system and had developed a real hatred of the Qunari so I deliberately didn't get enough friendship/rivalry with Isabela so she didn't come back, then I just fought the Arishok and his fellow Qunari in a straight fight. It was.... tricky and again I had to take advantage of the layout at some points but I managed it. (My rationale was that Isabela escaping with the tome meant the Qunari wouldn't be retrieving it anytime soon. No precious artifact book for them, and the more Qunari my Hawke could kill the better.)
In DAI it was killing my first dragon. Not sure of its name but its the one on the Storm Coast. Killed all my companions quick and I had a devil of a time soloing it by kiting it around the battlefield. Still it was a good feeling once I finally brought it down. Typically I don't like killing the dragons and usually only kill one plus Hakkon in each playthrough.
The Nightmare demon at the end of the Fade sequence deserves an honourable mention since I remember it vividly though it wasn't especially hard.
The..... guardian.... thing you encounter at the end of the Descent DLC. Oh. My. Maker. I just couldn't figure out how to kill that thing! I thought my playthrough of DAI would end right there and then! At least until I read a guide mentioning that if you position yourself on the extreme edge of the battlefield in one specific spot the boss couldn't actually reach you with any of his attacks. As a female mage Lavellan I just stood there and slooooooowly whittled down his health until he finally died. Obviously in other playthroughs it'll be one of the mage or rogue companions jammed into that spot. Not honourable I know, but I couldn't see any other path to victory.

Recently started playing on nightmare difficulty with the even level +extra abilities-trials on. Was in the NE Western Approach on the other side of the dungeon, near the keep. Spotted what I thought was a tevinter mage fighting a varghest on a ridge facing west. Sure, I expected a second Tevinter behind that ridge...
There were six. Two tevinter mages, and that other caster-type, two bruisers and an archer. Two groups clustered together. And that one varghest was first two..then four. It was ridiculously difficult at the time, because of all those shields being cast (i was the only mage, and no Cassandra). Went through 10 health potions, before the last latecomer varghest died.

Mine was the Sir Barras Behemoth on my Nightmare run, during the final phase of the Haven fight. It was the 11th or 12th try, but I had finally used the surrounding buildings to pick off the mooks and used my newfound (and beloved) skill in Deflect to FINALLY take that sucker down. (Seriously though, a Rogue who uses Fade-Touched obsidian/silverite and the Deflect skill is damn-near indestructible)

Killing Iron Bull in my first game of Inquisition in Trespasser. He was my romance and I didn't save the Chargers. Low and behold, the event in Trespasser. I couldn't let that betrayal stand and made sure my character personally killed him.

The evidence we have (weak as it is) suggests that Ser Barris dies if you do IHW. (Also, that fight can be a pain. My first playthrough of DA:I, I cheated a bit by just turning the trebuchet gears instead of actually fighting him. I ended up with an Ender's Game style auto-win that way.)

My first fight with the heart-rock-lyrim-thing in the Descent. HOO BOY. I was playing on fricking normal, my party wiped, but I was playing as a Chaaaampion so soloed the damn thing. Took the better part of 20 minutes, but I. Took. It. Down.

That thing is tough! I remember my first time fighting it too and it went much the same, but in my case it was either Cass or Blackwall was the last one standing and I had to take control of them to finish the fight because everybody else was dead. I still think it's one of the most challenging boss fights of the whole game.

2 versions of the fight vs Highland Ravager.
In one of my early games, the dragon took out my whole party except for Blackwall, then when he finally whittled her down to almost no health, she put up full guard again so he had to start all over. Finally got her, but the fight took a good long time. I don't remember my class or the difficulty level I had on that game.
In a later game, I defeated her so quickly she didn't even have time to call her babies. I felt bad, and kinda disappointed, so I upped the difficulty from Hardcore to NM to fight her again. She still went down way too fast and it kinda ruined the experience for me. I was playing Artificer that game.

nightmare demon, first playthrough. it was on nightmare difficulty, really hard and annoyingly long fight, but i managed on the second try (was tempted to lower the difficulty to hardcore, but i resisted the urge). and as i have defeated the arsehole, there was this bug at the time that got the game stuck during the cutscene. now this is memorable mostly because the satisfaction i felt defeating the boss was swept away by the frustration of having to do it again...

Hard in terms of heartbreaking or in terms of whenwilludieusunoboitch?
I don't like murder knifing ANY of the companions in terms of heartbreak.
Of all 3 games, I find DA2 combat the hardest, so all bosses there usually make me die at least once every playthrough. Arishok is probably hardest.
Ser Cauthrien during save Anora quest (but not before Landsmeet). I suspect she wasn't meant to be defeated at all by game design since your Warden lands on their butt in Ford Drakon regardless.
DAI Jaws of Hakkon have higher difficulty than the game, and dragons are hard, including JH dragon boss (though that ice guy before dragon is nasty bum too).

Not really sure but my most satisfying moment in all of DA was when I completed the Orzammar section of DAO for the first time as I found that damn hard. I still find Orzammar tough but now I know what to expect I'm more prepared for it when I play DAO. I don't think I'v run into anything quite as tough in DA2 or DAI. The closest is probably the Arishok fight or the Dragon outside the Bone pit. The toughest enemy for me in DAI I'd say is the final boss in the Descent DLC.
