Everyone has a bad days. You will be fine the next games.I could hit them for you, especially cerb. As for the redemption,i am up,despite the fact that you are not in my friends list, but you can add me. Thanks Doc, I appreciate it. I'm afraid there won't be enemy left to kill for me but I may learn something If you have an idea for a challenge for my Justicar feel free to let me know. Don't worry Sonashii, if you're having a dry spell you can always count on me to scrub for you and use me as a sacrifice to any bosses!

High: Played a few UUP for the first time in forever with mrgoldarm . Another BSNer, FoRRTrESx, who afaik hasn't migrated here yet, dropped in too. Higher: we had a 3 melee krogan BSN team (+ Volus newbie pug) on Oven Reactor against Collectors. Got 50 melee kills medal. Highest: I cooked us all on the Reactor during an escort (or sth) Lowest: None of us died, the Volus kept us alive

I'm afraid there won't be enemy left to kill for me but I may learn something If you have an idea for a challenge for my Justicar feel free to let me know. Doc/muahmuah would obviously know more about the themed challenges, but my two cents is that you should leave the Harrier at home, and save it for some scrubbier characters like the N7 Demolisher. The Justicar doesn't need it, and whether she needs anything other than the Acolyte has been debated many times over the years. I think consensus was that the Lancer or Venom may kill faster overall, but the Acolyte is where the fun is, especially with otherwise utterly useless Cryo ammo, which when combined with 4 ranks of Pull makes for some of the funniest animations in the game. I sometimes take a Tempest as backup for Guardians, but I rarely use it. If you can find the rhythm for Acolyte/Pull/Reave combos, with dodges, and then the Reave/Bubble combos for bosses, you will find the old girl's sweet spot, imo, with power amps all the way - even though they don't boost combos, Reave alone makes them worth it, though Adrenalin is justifiable too. High: Completed Earth Mastery again, with half a dozen quickfire Paladin/Shadow/Demogirl games. Got 4 Devices objectives in 2 Shadow games - duration cloak FTW! Low: It should have only been 5 games, but I had a fairly sickening wave 6 wipe on Rio, when my Paladin was last man standing with no gels left (wave 5 was somewhat costly) trying to cap the last device. Scores at the end were me on 68k, a TGI on 33k, Volus Vanguard on 9k and a level 1 N7 15 Human Sentinel on 7k. The Sentinel readied-up immediately. I quit.

[...] Thank you GruntK for advice maybe I will try that but firstly I would have to change my build. So what would you suggest, should I skip my passives? Coz I have them max out at the moment. If I should put points into Pull I'd like to spec it at least to 5 for dot. Coz I have my Biotic sphere and reave maxed out. I'll think about it.

Thank you GruntK for advice maybe I will try that but firstly I would have to change my build. So what would you suggest, should I skip my passives? Coz I have them max out at the moment. If I should put points into Pull I'd like to spec it at least to 5 for dot. Coz I have my Biotic sphere and reave maxed out. I'll think about it. An angel cries every time a Justicar goes into battle without points in Pull, so get that respec card ready! In all seriousness, as someone who skips Pull on the Drells and recognizes it as a far from essential power, I could never justify any more than 4 ranks in it. The DoT is made it irrelevant by the fact that it only works on enemies down to Health, who once Pulled can then be killed by a shot instantly or a Reave-triggered Biotic Explosion after around a second (the preferred option). I've experimented a fair bit with 4x6 versus 6x6 BEs, and in-game I don't think I could ever tell the difference. The 6x6 BEs are still there for bosses, using the bubble, but the mooks don't need anything bigger than a 4x6 explosion, and 4 ranks is worth it over 3 as you will frequently take out two at a time. So, assuming maxed offensive Bubble and Reave (armor/barrier damage works best on the Justicar with an Acolyte build, unlike the Drells), Passives and Health can be specced according to personal taste - 6/4, 5/5 or 4/6. Personally, I like 5/5 to maximize power damage and give me slightly quicker Shield-recharge, but I must emphasize again that that's based entirely on using the Acolyte as my primary weapon. (I don't use it on any other character apart from the Slayer, and tbh I hardly ever play the Slayer as I don't trust him off-host.) The Justicar is one of the reasons I started a second account, as I also like using her as a Pull-less Lancer-wielding tank, but that way she's just another weapons platform, though admittedly a mighty fine one. With the Acolyte her playstyle is completely unique, and when it works it's like having a Prima Ballerina at your disposal. The old girl might not put out damage at the rate of the Claymore Huntress or Raider Valkyrie, but she's not far behind, and is by far my favourite Asari.

Food for thought.I alternate the lolAcolyte with Harrier/Mattock/otherstufficantrememberrightnow (hence the headshot multiplier in the passives). Acolyte + Pull + Reave combo makes any shielded mook (I think even Collector Captain) on Plat die from the Reave DoT. Which is why I don't take ranks 5 and 6 in Pull, and use the points towards Fitness/Passives instead. My favorite Asari. She's a peach.

Well, thank all of you for your advices, I appreciate it For now my build looks like this - 6/6/3/6/5 with Harrier and Acolyte. Tomorrow when I come back to MP I will try it one more time. If it's not successfull I will try our build. My reason for putting 5 ranks on pull is that I often have to leave the place where I work on mooks - you know, Banshee shows up, pugs are scared and all that stuff . I know, it's not lash but it's useful sometimes.

Highlights - meet XAN in the PS3 AHF chat and we had 4 or so games. Loufi was there for one game too.
Low - Loufi was only there for one game, separated by PS3 'Waiting for other players' black screen of ending lobbies. Wanted one more game with him.
Low - the first XAN game before XAN took over as host was a lagtastic.
Low - had 3 matches on Rio today. That's 3 too many.
High - played Collectors 3 times in a row on PS3, but my PS3 instead decided to freeze after booting up Mass Effect from a reset instead.
High - in the last XAN game on Glacier, I had a Destroyer Spitfire wave where the enemies kept spawning in front of me with my finger on the trigger for an entire clip + hot reload.

As I explained above, anything more in it, I find wasteful. Small tip - keep in mind that Pull has extremely short cooldown and staggers reliably shielded mooks (and makes phantoms flip/bubble up). I use it often when I need to reload or dash to safety without getting shot to pieces.

I'm a frequent Harrier user, and if I know I not going to be fighting Platinum Collectors, I've started to bring that lame crutchlight just for on host phantom if needed. But I really hate having to use that gun as it completely ruins the flow of the game for how I like to play. So it's really just best for me to just host Platinum Collectors, which I usually do on PC, or just pick a more anti-on host phantom setup (like Stasis, Infiltrator Javelin/Widow M-98, etc). I also think the Acolyte breaks too many kits. Biotics are powerful against armour and barrier but weak against shields. Flamer is strong against armour but weak against barrier and shields. You know, a balance. That's why I consider Snap Freeze the most broken power. Strong against every defence + at bugged double dmg with debuff too and multi-priming through walls abilities too. What were BioWare thinking. Balancing the game for Platinum solo's?

Absolutely agree on all the stuff about the cheese. Also you can exchange Carrier for the Mattock. It's more fun,.

You know, a balance. [...] What were BioWare thinking. One possible explanation is that it's a sticking plaster over the other imbalance problem that is Phantoms. I wouldn't necessarily say that the Acolyte "breaks" kits; the flavour text does say something about it being designed for adepts to cover a weakness. For me, something that helps me to deal with problems that I can't otherwise solve is an advantage rather than a breakage; unlike many (most?) here, I'm not good enough to dominate a Gold game; something that helps me contribute more effectively can only be a good thing.

I consider myself pretty good with both younger girls(though that's relative, in asari's case ), but only halfway decent with the old gal. Would you be willing to do a duo we did couple of times so far(Goddess/Reapers), with roles turned? That is, you being the Valkyrie and me being Justicar? For me to learn some more Just be ready to pick me up lots

Where to start... hmmm. High: I have redeemed my Justicar (in my mind at least haha). First game after a break was of course Dagger/Cerb/Plat. I teamed up with my two friends and let one pug to join us. He didn't take the pressure well, maybe because of lag or it was coz of his Fury. Almost 40k N7 should suggest the opposite. But we did excellent as a trio and I call it a victory for my Justicar - didn't change my build High: From the second game we've been carried by muahmuah . Yeah - carried we did a couple of quick u/u/p games. They felt like Doc's solo but we had so much fun - Muah was probably bored but he don't want to admit it hahaha High: Aragorn89 joined us later for some platinum butt kicking and after Doc left us bobbyfree joined us again, efficient, quick work. Well played guys, well played! High-Low: before Bobby joined us, we managed to get wiped on H Glacier on W9. Poor pug was equiped with Black Widow hsoldier, probably run out of gels. Summary: That was very fun, pleasant 1st half of my evening hope to continue it on the 2nd half! Sorry for laggy host guys. PS. Muahmuah - is it valid to do a different version? (Kisskiss) coz in my country muah means a big, deep kiss lololol

Wasn't bored for a second. The games were extremely fun. Also i didn't carry anyone, because the whole team was good and was a pleasure to play with you guys.Kisskiss hahaha, didn't know that my nickname means kiss in any language. More accurate explanation - muah it's a sound which is made when someone kisses another person At least you know now haha Actually I thought you did it on purpose lolol

(Kisskiss) coz in my country muah means a big, deep kiss lololol I wish I could have stayed up more but the lag was killing me in a couple of those games....literally. I was getting downed and didn't know what was hitting me half the time. Then one game I had no shields for half the game, they just didn't come back up for some reason....really annoying. They were still fun games though. Also like to thank muahmuah and bobbyfree for the good games as well. First time I played a game with muahmuah I believe, very good player and it was a fun to have him with us. Later I had some good games with inert. Dropped into a lobby with him, srgtcolon and someone else whose name I can't remember. They ended up leaving though, which is too bad since I've never played a game with srgtcolon before. Either that or he thought I was too big of a scrub and took off, which I can't blame him for that either. High: Went shopping in the Store afterwards and managed to max out my manifest in the process. RNG was good to me today!
