There are some way to play this game that makes you unable to progress due to how you decide to resolve questlines.
Banal example:
In redclieffe if you send away Morrigan before to speak with Riordan this game can't go forward anymore, and if you save you are doomed....

As in you kick her out via the normal dialog choice? Tried it in my game and it just spawned her back in her default outfit when I came back into the room so she could give her whole sale pitch.

Yep, Morrigan always shows up in endgame Redcliffe to try for a demon baby, whether she's still a party member or not... here's some video from a playthough where my Warden kicked Morrigan to the curb right after Lothering:

Well it did not happened in the gamefor me,if the removal happens right before speaking with Riordan with her already being removed from group during the adventure, she does not return. @skymoves the video you linked doesn't matter, the situation which I've described is different ,that speech won't be triggered until you talk with Riordan(if you enter the room without talking to him, nothing happens but you can remove Morrigan again),and if you remove her by talking to her in the room before talking with Riordan she won't be respawned by the game(for me she is not respawned )

Huh. I always figured she would spawn after you had to conversation with Riordan. But you are right, that's a bit of a game ender. But the game does auto-save at the Redcliffe Gates, at least on PC so it's not that far you'd have to back track. Unless of course you delete all your auto saves and only have one save going for the whole game, but then you are kinda asking for trouble with this game, since there is always a risk of a script mis firing or something glitching.
Edit: Of course there is a way on PC, since you can just add her back in the party with the console (runscript zz_addparty morrigan) and she'll do her sales pitch. But if you do the ritual with her you are stuck with her 'till the end of the game. (Unless you boot her out with the console too I guess). But if you summon her just to tell her no, she'll leave and you can go on with your game Morrigan free. Console players on the other hands are still stuck and will have to reload.
You found any more game enders?
