A Suggestion That Might Be Unhelpful

I've been looking over the subforum menu structure trying to come up with a neat solution for including a "Forum Help" section. All that I've managed to conclude is that there isn't any simple way to consolidate existing ones, and that adding a "help" section would overlap with them in a manner that would be quite possibly silly and unhelpful.
But since the silly and unhelpful are kind of my "thing" I thought I'd suggest it anyway.
Adding in "Forum Help" obviously overlaps with bug reporting on themes, as well as the discussion forum. Even so, if there is a population increase, it might be a good idea to have it around, even if it is largely unused. And it probably would be mostly unused. "The BioWare Forums" Forum Help section didn't see much use considering the active population there was huge by comparison. But for a lot of people, it was the easiest place to go for help with odds and ends. It's easy to point to where someone would find out how to get past login issues on EA servers or for issues with Origin, but for someone signing up after recently buying a game, it might not be so obvious.
A lot of the time, answering would be mostly redirecting people to locations (or subforums) where they'd find the help they are looking for, but that can be very useful. It would probably benefit from a splashpage similar to the one at the top of the "bug reporting" thread. It would read something like: "Welcome to the Forum Help section. We are not an official BioWare or EA site, and cannot provide official support. But we are happy to help with questions you may have about the forum or anything BioWare-related, if we can."
