I'm re-reading the entries for The Gates of Segrummar here.
It seems that whoever writes that notes isn't a Dwarf, as he/she is capable of entering the Fade (pretty consciously too, so highly possibly a mage with certain talent).
THere is mention of a "creator", in singular form. We know that the Elves worship the Pantheon and refers them sometime as Creators. Would this be a reference to one of the Elvhen Pantheons since we doknow that the ancient elves enters the deep roads and even leave statues and such we see in Trespasser?
Who made it? Who writes the notes? Why it was made? What's the goal of it? I'd love to see what you guys think

I'm not sure. Referring to a Creator could be something that a construct like a golem might do. We thought golem making started with Caradin but they were present in the ancient thaig in DA2 so the knowledge clearly pre-dates him. A dwarf has to be sacrificed to create a golem and the dangers associated with fulfilling the commands are the reason the second writer cannot do it for themselves.
In Trespasser it is hinted that there was a time when Mythal was able to give dwarves the ability to dream, which would suggest enter the Fade, so it could be the writer was from that time? Sandal is a dwarf with magical powers who is able to dream, so he could be the last survivor of this unique group of dwarves.
It is difficult to know exactly when the words were written and to what they refer. They speak of a Sigil that has malevolent overtones and the writer suggests that the entire Deep Roads were fashioned in the shape of this sigil. Then the first writer did something to break up the lines of the sigil, which presumably broke whatever power it had. However, without being able see the remains of the sigil it is impossible to know exactly what its implications might have been.

I remember Felassan talking about how Elves who were successful in entering Uthenera would have people come to their chambers to seek their counsel/advice. However, they need to go through a maze-like trial that's only visible to elves to prove their worth.
Maybe Segrummar was a giant sigil that's meant to be a maze. It's overall design was visible in the Fade. We also know that Elves built things in the deep roads. One of them being a chamber filled with Elves in Uthenera. Maybe the sigil was specifically for a one of the Evanuris or Forgotten Ones?
I am also reminded of the "Mystery of Kirkwall" where the city's layout was designed to be a giant rune where they had a lot of blood sacrifices to the point where even non-mages could interact with demons. Maybe this was something similar, but grander in scale and power?
