To keep it simple, choose only one Warden, Hawke and Inquisitor to talk about.
Maybe it was a decisive act that marked their character development, a great line delivered or something funny.
Either way, you never forgot about it and it's what always comes to mind when you think about the time when you played these characters.

For me it was Trevelyan's argument with Leliana about the Chantry's current state and its culpability. It almost felt like he was channeling my feelings about the religion I was raised in, and I ended up feeling more connected to the Inquisitor than I ever did with the Warden or Hawke.

As a Dwarven Princess Warden, traveling the Deep Trenches and realizing for the first time what that whole trip must feel like as a dwarf, let alone a dwarven woman. Especially the Broodmother.
That's a messed-up thing to have happened to most of your species within the last thousand years, and a damn horrific fate to know you just barely escaped yourself. And one that still threatens your entire gender, regardless of species. And you're one of the only people in the world in a position to do something about it.
I'd never before had a character go through a quest I'd already completed countless times and walk away with completely different priorities and a singular resolve without any planning on my part.
