That's him!!! Holy cow so you've bumped into him before as well? Yeah I got no idea what is up with him. I don't think he seems to like me for some reason. He totally seems like a butthurt scrub who can't just simply play the damn game Oh, dear, based on the last week, I may have been the "cheater" he was complaining about when you first ran into him. Or I may have been "one of them," since they would seem to complain about cheating whenever they are outscored (which I would imagine is a lot...)

A promise is a promise, ya kno? Was it by any chance a lousy loser going by the name of lorbas74? Cuz it sounds a lot like him That's him!!! Holy cow so you've bumped into him before as well? Yeah I got no idea what is up with him. I don't think he seems to like me for some reason. He totally seems like a butthurt scrub who can't just simply play the damn game I've done nothing to antagonize him (that I'm aware of) but he has left a lobby I joined and has definitely left a couple of games I've been in, so I kinda suspect he might be a bit of a lurker. I can't say if it was score-related as I pretty much never check score unless I get synced or am capping the fourth, eighth, or twelfth Device, wondering wtf everyone else is doing. I'd still rather play with that guy than NailsBiter - on whom all I'll say is ffs L2BoxofShame dude if you expect me to come all the way and revive you. He never ever gels, even on objective waves, and definitely quits if he's being outscored, which generally makes spawn-management on Rio a damn sight easier as he has a really annoying habit of blocking the spawn across from the BoS.

I got video that I might try to post eventually. Oh and by the way Jeremiah, I finally got those 'ggs' messages you sent me from a while ago. I happened to log onto my 360 for something and I had several new messages which included those. That's him!!! Holy cow so you've bumped into him before as well? I've had past encounters with Nailsbiter but I've never seemed to have any real problems with them. Sure, she (think it's a she??) isn't the best player out there, would die a lot and bleed out (asari vanguard with blood pack punisher and executioner pistols seems to be the only kit she plays) but seemed to be fairly goofy to play with in my experience. I used to land in lobbies with her, Arrow61 and another player (who's name I can't remember) all the time which I assume they all knew each other and I actually did my first platinum pug with them that wasn't with BSNrs. We even exchanged 'gg' messages with each other (even though the rest of us pretty much carried her ) Weird. But yeah she's about as scrubby as they get. I guess I just never cared too much since me (and usually the other players) were too busy killing everything else and just having a blast while doing it.

He totally seems like a butthurt scrub who can't just simply play the damn game Ye I've had some nasty run-ins with him which are recorded on the page 77 of this thread. Now that you bring up the cheating accusations I remember him calling someone a cheater in some of the games we played. I thought he was speaking about me but I can't remember what gave me away The prick is oblivious to many game mechanics and will call anyone doing something his primitive brain can't understand a cheater. And yes, he seems to have a problem with being outscored. Which is funny because pretty much any player will beat his sorry butt score-wise.

WEIRDVELOUS
I had a UUG on my host featuring 2 rather unexperienced players and a BotB who switched to the jugg when they joined the lobby. They slapped a Cyclonic 4, lvl 3 ammo, and a lvl 3 AR amp on for their Spitfire. Solid loadout.
RNG gave us Goddess/Trollectors and I dreaded the worst. Most of those who have played with me know I can't do Collectors, and I was doing a CQC kit. And then throw in the 2 newbies. I thought we would wipe in a few minutes. Turns out the Jugg was gud. As gud as they git. Didn't go down once and did their fair share of killing while keeping the most obnoxious threats busy for me to kill. We managed to get a full extraction and then the 2 newbies left.
Back to the lobby, BotB switches to the Volus Merc. They readied-up although they hadn't equipped any consumables and only had the Acolyte on. I switched to the Jav/SI and put on my best equipment and readied-up too. I'm not good with the Merc but I didn't think that little guy could dish out much damage with that loadout. Anyways, ahead we went and the game gave us London/Cerberus. I hadn't brought anything to deal with Phantoms.
So as soon as we get mobility, BotB guy starts spamming shield boost around me. Like, every time the cooldown reseted. Even when there was nothing shooting at me or when I was around a corner or ducking behind cover. 2 waves go by and dude's got less than 1000 points. They would follow me around at All. Times. To the point I thought they were mocking me in a strange fashion, considering I had just had a game with them and they were pretty good. But when I started dying they would instantly revive me and at some point they deployed the recon mine in choke points which helped me gain surrounding awareness and made the game easier. Still, by wave 7 my score was about 10 or 12x theirs as they weren't detonating the recon mine or actively engaging in killing mooks.
Things got hairy on wave 8 and in tight spots I would see the occasional Acolyte bullet bouncing around but that was it. On wave 10 we got objectives and they missiled 3 out of 4, which greatly helped. As the game progressed there were times when we both went down and we were slowly running out of medigels and ops packs so by the end of wave 10 I think it's correct to say we had run out.
I went down with one minute left to extraction but I was in such a tight spot they couldn't revive me as they had used their 6 missiles already. So they ran and kited while I bled to death and managed to extract as a lone survivor. The final score (not that it matters) was around 70k vs 280k which goes on to show the dual nature of our teamwork.
I was not sure what to make of it. I mean, why would a good player stoop down to spamming shield boost and being my personal medic for an entire game? Then they messaged me complimenting my skills with the Jav and telling me how good a player I am. Obviously there was no way in hell I would've made it without their help, especially in such a hard enemy/map setting, and so I told them, then asked why they decided to play that way for the last match.
They said the game tends to be all about DPS and they find it more enjoyable to play a support class. We had a nice chat about the game and I called it a night.
It was one of the most both weird and fun games I've had to date.

I guess I just never cared too much since me (and usually the other players) were too busy killing everything else and just having a blast while doing it. Yeah, you made me remember she's a she, and other than what I have to describe as genuine scrubbery she actually sounded really nice, but I had a bizarre match (and lobby experience) with her and Arrow61 on Rio, which is where her Asari was yesterday too, so maybe 'Blame it on Rio' might be an apt summary. In all honesty I don't care how scrubby people are as the player base is thin enough as it is, but I do get frustrated by hosts who quit when the going gets tough, which is what my perception has been a couple of times. - Epic. Collectors on Hydra, with me as a Paladin with Eagle and the host as a SE/BW - not a combo I've seen used much. We also had two AIUs, one of which was hugely entertaining to watch in their obvious (ultimately successful - just) attempt to top the scoreboard. Full on gung-ho, 5 deaths per wave stuff. We had an Escort on 3 and Targets for the next two objectives, which made things slightly tough, especially with the AIU ignoring the objectives for the most part (he obviously needed to save some missiles for wave 11 spawns), but we got the job done.

"Things that make you immediately leave a pug lobby" Hey, at least they are not putting on BOTH armor piercing mods AND armor piercing ammo on Adas. Seen that happen already. Hell, I've put AP ammo on Kishock myself. In my defense, I've been drunk out of my mind when that happened, but still... I knew about projectile weapons then. Most pugs don't know a thing about that.

Invisible Played yesterday and joined a game in progress with a reliable host/player. Finished the game and stayed in the lobby. Two players left so it was just me and the host. I switch to my juggernaut to finish off some tech mastery challenges and the host takes his pheonix adept. We start with just the two of us and we land on firebase reactor. I pause the screen to see what the enemy faction is (geth) but I notice my name is the only one on the scoreboard. Yet the host is still visible in the actual game. I knew something weird was going to happen in this game sure enough something did. About halfway through, the host just disappeared in front of my eyes and remained invisible through the rest of the match. The only thing I could see were his powers hitting enemies and his name in the killfeed. Wave 10 delivery and the host grabbed the first one but the icon showing whoever picks up the objective showed up all the way at the bottom of the map. The icon didn't move either and then the host got taken out with the revive icon showing up in the same place. There was nothing I could do about it unfortunately but they ended up using gel. We manage to complete the objective and get full extraction (still just two of us the entire game.) Afterwards the host sends me a friend request and a message complimenting my skill. I accept his friend request but also told him about him going invisible halfway through the game. He sent me something back but I unfortunately never got it due to xbox live being silly. Anways, I decided to stay in the same lobby and more players join. I take the huntress and the match starts but now we're back at hazard reactor Then I realize I can't take cover or climb ladders. I decided to tough it out (even though it was collectors) and I manage to do pretty damn well but after that I had to call it a night. Other than those buggy hiccups, those games went pretty well and the host was a very competent player.

Besides, I just came from battle with Vvulf in Darkest Dungeon, loosing three high level heroes in the process... not even getting shanked by phantroll quite compares to the bitter aftertaste in my mouth right now And I haven't even killed the bastard, so I'm just waiting for it to happen again.

Reeelaxiing Find 10 similarities: 1#2#3#I had a busy day. Came back home really late after some shiet at work. So yeah, how could I be that stupid to think it would be a good way to relax in Puggerlands. Then I run into these chaps - wave 3 gip. Let me tell you that this match was anything but relaxing Had to clutch wave 7, then wave 8 and 9 as well. Thankfully they nuked targets on wave 10. Then of course I had to do a fancy clean up. So I took my sweet time, searched for their sorry butts and did some silly stuff before killing the last Atlas. Well, I made sure my spectators enjoyed the show After almost 30 mins we had a full extraction, they held EZ nicely. I sent my thanks to my partners, who were apparently new to the game, and were levelling their stuff, then left the lobby. Quick search put me into their lobby again, so I Alt-F4'd and called it a night. Welp.. I usually don't do stuff like that, I don't mind carrying people, I'm a freaking KoP it seems, so it's my duty, right? But why on Earth someone would like to preset the match for Giant/Cerb? Especially on laggy host dammit.

Not everyone plays for the scoreboard. He could just have been a nice guy and help you to a 200K game. Yes, pretty much what they said.
On topic: Go home Brute, you're drunk.
