Andrew Lauretta @alauretta The Anthem team did an art blast on ArtStation earlier today! Sooo much awesome art and animation on display here: www.artstation.com/search?q=anthem&sorting=recent … #anthem
Mass Effect Trilogy, Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, Dragon Age Inquisition, KOTOR, Jade Empire, Mass Effect Andromeda, SWTOR, Anthem, Mass Effect Legendary Edition
Early art proof for what would later become Fort Tarsis
Pretty sure there are no open areas in Tarsis like this one. Wonder if they intend to expand the city, there are lots of closed gates there...
As it's an "early art proof", it shouldn't be a surprise it's quite different from the final game. I remember hearing Skyhold went through over 20 versions before they settled on what we got.
I'm hoping they'll continue to expand Ft. Tarsis, we'll see!
I'd almost expect Fort Tarsis to expand/open up more as story goes on.
After talking to that one NPC. I want to see the ocean which sounds like it is not to far away from FT. Then battle sea monsters in new underwater Javalins
Doing the reputation quests apparently opens up new areas. You get a notice saying so, anyway, but I've not been able to see any difference. Could just be because I've always been particularly unobservant though

Out of the two areas one you can get to the other you can't the one you can just go up the stairs on either side of the forge/launch area you will see the center portion has been turned into a med bay for non jav. personnel from what I read you get more faction items or what I don't know as you earn reputation doing challenges

"All I’ll say on this is that Anthem is here to stay. Do we have a lot of work to do to fix parts of the game? Yes, and the team is committed to making improvements and releasing new content."
Good to know, Bio acknowledges parts of the game is broken.
".... I know that players want to see updates faster, but these things can take time to make sure they are done right....."
Done right, you say? Hm... that's a high bar not yet reached.... but loot drops done right and DPS calculations done right are coming folks...
NB:
With D2 coming out tomorrow, I wonder how many Anthem players will leave for new pastures. And while the game "is here to stay", EA expects a consistent target number of online players to sustain their revenue projections. That means achieving the improving the "fun" factor goal.

Honestly. Div 2 fans constantly spreading fud about Anthem in order to plug D2 seriously isn't making me want to go try that game. I guess this is where advertising is at today.
I'm aware this game has bugs/flaws, but I'm patient if the material is worth it, and Anthem keeps growing on me. I'm glad the devs are standing by the game, and I hope EA will as well.

I'm with you, I'll be hanging out here simply put I'm enjoying myself. Anthem at this time may not be the best MP game out there but at least I don't have to deal with the superior attitudes of the hard core, die hard fans.

Chad Robertson @crobertson_atx We’ve been listening to your feedback and analyzing in-game telemetry: we are boosting drop rates in the game for GM2 and GM3 difficulty levels as well as select enemies in the game.
As mentioned previously, this is the first of a series of updates we’re making to loot and endgame progression. You can expect more updates in our next patch.
This change is live in the game NOW, so jump in and enjoy it. We look forward to hearing your thoughts. Note this change might take a few hours to propagate around all our servers for players currently in game.

The FoB in The Division 1 worked the same way, where the Underground DLC added a new section to the area.
