Nowadays, I'm really looking for an action MMORPG with medieval/fantasy genre (don't like superheroes, sci-fi, terror, etc). A game that has a nice pvp, both with options for few players (like 3v3, 4v4) and more players (like big scale wars). I'm really a pvp player, so the more options the better, although I also like dungeon/raiding. A game where my build and skill matters more than the equipment I'm using, and that I don't have to play for much time to go straight to action, since I really don't have time/patience for too much grinding (specially equip-grinding). I do like dungeons, raids, and pvp, but I don't like to keep repeating them just to get an item.
Oh, and no fetch quest for god's sake. I tried to play Tera, and when I saw a quest "kill 5 monsters and come back", I quit.
And if it's not asking too much, a game that doesn't require really great skill to be good at it. The famous "Easy to learn, hard to master"
I played Guild Wars 2, which has pretty much these qualities and I consider to be the best MMO I've played, but I really wanted to try something new, because I don't have money right now to pay for GW2's expansions, and I got a little tired of it, but I really wanted something similar, since it's hard to find something as good at.
I really prefer f2p with no p2w, but could accept a b2p if it's cheap. p2p is completely off for me.
tl;dr: Looking for an action fantasy MMORPG with not much equip-grinding (casual), small/large scale pvp, no fetch quests, preferably f2p and similar to Guild Wars 2.

have you ever tried Neverwinter?
It's f2p, though if you want the expansions you do have to pay for those (like with Guild Wars 2) there's also player created content in form of quests that you can play as dailies, and they vary in type, length and difficulty
most dungeons (at least the early ones) can be completed with a small team (my friend and I were able to complete them with just the two of us)
I don't really recall if there was a lot of grinding involved (it's been a while since I played), but most of the content can be done alone or in small groups
