^ Had just been avoiding Redcliffe for some reason because I wasn't sure I would be able to keep the militia alive with this guy.
***
Kolgrim - thought about recording this, but it was just stealth abuse. I don't have a way to force crits, which is a shame, because what I like to do to entertain myself here is bait a mage to cast Cone of Cold, and then shatter the melee enemies. Also didn't have enough spell resist so I got frozen too.
Got the Ashes, didn't fight the dragon.
Camp - sold stuff
Twisted Path - stealth, kill, repeat. Hit level 15, took Lacerate.
Circle Tower - bought Andruil's Blessing.
Brecilian Forest
Went back here to kill Revenants.
East - took care of Thy Brother's Killer, then killed the nearby Revenant. Killed the skeletons first, tried to keep near the Revenant to minimize pulls. Similarly, killed the one at the tombstone near the ruins.
Ruins - Black Vials - Used an Incense of Awareness (+10 defense) to beat the Black Vials Revenant in the Lair. I barely beat the other one in the Lower Ruins without one though.
West - last Revenant for Mage's Treasure - killed the skeleton mage first, the rest, and then the Revenant. Mage's Treasure ones don't have Aura of Weakness, so they were easier than the two Black Vials ones.
Forest Clearing - werewolves couldn't really damage me much in my armor.
Camp - sold loot, leveled party. For some reason I was not thinking when I just clicked on random crap for Leliana before, I should have been working on Master Stealth for her just to let her avoid damage in her world map encounter.
Blood Plains - finally got this after it isn't too hard. Stealth, disabled all traps, then killed mage, killed 2H, killed the rest. I don't know if there is a scaling cap on this, but I imagine there might be. I don't know that I have gotten it quite this late before.
Denerim
Turned in Thy Brother's Killer. Went to Wade to get Drakeskin Armor (paid 10g).
Will do Last Request and record it, which will be a lot of stealth and luring abuse, heh.

Last Request
Market - picked up Wade's Drakeskin armor.
Black Vials Revenant random back alley encounter - Used an Incense of Awareness and swapped to Warden Commander chest for more armor rating.
Run Down Back Street - killed the Deserters.
Camp - sold some of the accumulated elemental resist items and other random loot.
Ostagar
Finished this off. Character was over-leveled for here at this point. At the end, I just killed the Necromancer and didn't bother to fight the other enemies.
Soldier's Peak
Sold more loot, had 48g71s21c (406g29s00c spent, 455g00s21c total accumulated). Got Starfang 1H.
Frostback / Orzammar
Killed the Bounty Hunters, the False Witness, and Deserters.
Level 16 - Pinpoint Strike, Traps 2.
Bought large claw trap plans and materials in Orzammar. Turned in Precious Metals. Talked to some people, did some minor stuff like Nig Wrangling.
Aeducan Thaig - In the spot with two Emissaries, I ended up killing all the mooks first by luring them out. Then I stealthed and dropped a claw trap on one emissary, which locked it down for a bit so I could kill the other. I resisted a Crushing Prison and killed the second.
Back in Orzammar, bought Tome of the Mortal Vessel for another +1 str.
Redcliffe
Did all the minor crap available before the attack. Extorted the tavern.
Attack at Nightfall - first part went without issue. I wanted to see if I could somehow incorporate some traps into the portion with the militia, but deploying them was way too slow to go with my mediocre damage. Repeated it a bunch, had one guy die multiple times. Finally I got through with no losses, using two Swift Salves and no traps.
Day - turned in Deserters, activated quests.
Castle - not much to say here. Hit Level 17 fighting Teagan. Took Feast of the Fallen.
Connor / Desire Demon - first I went to do this fight just to do it. I spent one large claw trap in the rage demon portion, just for the hell of it really. Reloaded previous save.
Went to the Circle tower to get help. Got Unintended Consequences encounter on the way back.
Fade - sent Jowan in. His spellpower isn't that great, so the demon was resisting a fair number of spells in the last fight, but got through it.

Going to fight High Dragons? There is no stealth abuse with them so should be even more fun. And Unbound encounter?
Thank you for another video. Hope there will be more. Really interesting to watch.
One thing though: why does your GW look strange in stealth? IIRC stealth is stealth for the whole body and stuff, not only one part (saw the shield was in stealth only).

One thing though: why does your GW look strange in stealth? IIRC stealth is stealth for the whole body and stuff, not only one part (saw the shield was in stealth only). I think the worst thing about fighting the dragon or Flemeth will be that I don't have a talent like Dual Weapon Sweep, Sunder Arms, or Assault. All of those can be used from just the right spot to prevent being kicked. I don't know if Below the Belt will work for that, but it is only one normal hit so that would be very slow. Otherwise in order to just punch it to death it will be very slow as I stand around waiting for regen.
I have considered making a lot of traps to cheese it, but without duplication exploits or Potent Lyrium Potion, I don't think I would have enough gold or materials to make enough to matter. Might deploy most of the ones I have just because there isn't much else to do with them.
Somewhat related, I had not decided if I wanted to by Evon the Great's Mail, or Felon's Coat. The former with 10% dodge and more health regen, as well as high armor. With Felon's +15 defense, I should be able to get a little more than 110 defense I think, if I also add Champion Shield (+12). Warden Commander (+15 crit / backstab) or even Shadow of the Empire (+2 str) will both do more damage though.
Reason stealth looks weird is I have a tweak that disables some aura visual effects.
edit: oh and for Unbound, I have the Shielded Dwarven Armor for another 4% spell resistance now, so I think all told that's 60%. May still need a cold and spirit resistance potion though.

Ah, maybe was wrong as remember you writing about skipping some encounters (just "maybe skipping"). It seemed to me that included "Unbound". Playing around with traps is a nice change from "punching/attacking"? Could be annoying as well. --- In video at some point Chuck actually took the shield and used it for punching animation. Looked very nice. Edit: Otherwise in order to just punch it to death it will be very slow as I stand around waiting for regen. Yeah, one of the most "fun" part of solo PT. Gool-luck and more patience in any case.

Went back to a post on reddit about fists, and that player had the glitch where attacks went to misses at near no health, where it was suspected to be related to not being able to do the death blow animation. For me it has seemed to only affect boss level enemies, although not ogres (where their death blow animation does play, sans weapon).
Minor stuff around Redcliffe
Camp - sold stuff
Redcliffe - Gift of Silence, talked to Owen (Shielded Dwarven Armor), turned in Unintended Consequences, Skin Deep and Gift of Silence
Traveled around and got the Camp Ambush.
Roadside Field random encounter after that (Redcliffe knights v darkspawn).
Denerim
Did Alistair's Family. As an aside, in Ostagar outside the tower I had used the zz_dropparty script so that I would run through the tower without a party and get longer stun from Dirty Fighting. When I used the script to add him back after getting to Flemeth's hut, half of his talents were missing and he did not have an approval bar at all. I used the add talent scripts to give him stuff back, but he still didn't have approval and I could not give him gifts. I had to use the "zz_getparty" which adds Alistair, Dog and Morrigan to the party, but also sets as recruited. This fixed Alistair's approval, and I could give him the amulet and get approval based conversations.
Went to Wade's and had a hard time choosing between Felon's and Evon's. Took Felon's. I am sort of in between on defense v armor where Felon's + Champion shield defense bonuses get me to 110 or so, which is ok, but armor rating is lower than T5 Warden Commander chest, which has +15 critical / backstab. Evon's doesn't have any offensive buff, but has a lot of armor, 10% dodge, and extra health regen.
On and off over several runs I have considered putting in the v1.0 Blood Dragon armor for another with + strength, but haven't done it. It is a shame there aren't really any late game armors that give strength. I guess there is Juggernaut and Effort, although neither of those is all that great really.
Went to camp and bought Earthheart's Bulwark shield which has +1 str (and dex and con).
Lake Calenhad
Got Desolate Highway finally (wolves, traps).
At the lake, did part of Sten's Sword, Notices of Death, Dead Drops. Then left with Leliana to get Forest Stream, where I just stealth and killed the mage, then focused the leader.
Frostback Mountains / Orzammar
More Sten's Sword.
In Orzammar, worked on the Bhelen path.
Dragon - this was a pain, I had to do this slowly by going on top of a table after a few hits where the dragon would get confused and not attack me. Then hop down and attack, and repeat.
Dust Town - killed the Shady guy, talked to Leske, then started on the Carta
Carta Hideout - Most of this was relatively simple. Hit Level 18, took Survival 2, Deft Hands 4, and added 3 strength.
Jarvia - did it like this
Didn't show gear, but it was Helm of Honnleath, Champion's Shield, Cailan's gloves and boots, Felon's Coat, Spellward, Andruil's Blessing, Lifegiver, and Key to the City. I thought I was going to die near the end after I couldn't hit Jarvia any more. But just barely survived.
Sold loot, had 64g 04s 26c. Sold a fair amount of resistance salves.
Went to the Proving and then cleared the Palace.
Deep Roads
Caridan's Cross - as mentioned, didn't have a problem with Ogre Alpha, but the Black Vial Revenant and Deepstalker Matriarch had the hit bug. Made a little vid on the deepstalker to see how long I could stand to miss for. Incidentally, that also dropped the hit rate in the character screen from 85 to 84%.
Went back to Orzammar to sell crap, 106g 26s 25c. Since I was close to the gold needed for Evon's, decided to do some random junk and pick it up before the Spider Queen
Around the Map
Brothers and Sons - hit bug on the last bear
Denerim - finished Dead Drops and turned in to activate New Ground. Level 19 - Feign Death (never have used this). Killed the last False Witness and turned that in. Bought Evon the Great's Mail. Took care of the Crow things (lot of stealth, luring), did New Ground. Worked on Grease the Wheels.
Caravan Down - stealth, kill an emissary, repeat.
Gentle Path - bought the Tome of Skill and Sundry. Haven't spent it yet. Was considering getting Herbalism with it and going for Expert to make my own Swift Salves, but I may not bother.
Desperate Haven - Used Havard's, Cailan's boots and gloves, Evon's, and the rest as usual. Used a lesser nature resist when I started to be hit by staff attacks. Then I got hit with Curse of Mortality and used a lesser spirit and switched to Swiftrunner's Shield (10% spirit resistance). Used a couple acid flasks on clumped enemies. Saved a whole one refugee.
Redcliffe - turned in Desperate Haven, Caravan Down, Notices of Death. Got Sten's Sword. Sold some junk.
Ortan Thaig
Broke up spider groups so I wouldn't get too many overwhelms, or webs combined with poison spit.
Fade Beast - hit bug again. Used the opportunity to see if removing the shield would make a difference. Then disabled all mods to see if that mattered. Nothing seemed to affect it. So as before had to finally kick with Below the Belt to kill it. Reloaded and took the gold.
Corrupted Spider Queen - Felon's Coat was actually better than Evon's or Warden Commander chest here due to the +15 physical resistance (WC has +10). With that bonus I resisted a lot of webs. I still had to use line of sight tricks to keep from getting hit with too many poison spits.

That is why stopped mostly to mess with console and such things. Always something will go wrong sooner or later.
The game is confused if people try something outside the box. And start glitching.

Dead Trenches
Most of it is pretty mundane. There is an area with four spiders, two hurlocks and an emissary where stealth activation caused them to clump. I used a sleeping gas trap I had looted to put them all to sleep, then killed the emissary.
Otherwise, the Forge Master is somewhat tricky just because he can do high damage. Killed everything else there with a little luring, then killed the Forge Master. Needed some kiting, and punched mainly when Dirty Fighting was off cooldown.
I also noticed that I had not properly activated Topsider's Honor when I was in Ortan Thaig, so I didn't get the Ancient Darkspawn to fight.
Broodmother - used 2x Greater Nature Resistance. Basically punch and avoid the telegraphed sweeps or grabs. Nature damage is the main problem here, used Evon's for regen. Also had to kill with Below the Belt.
Went back to Orzammar to clear out inventory (111g 96s 35c).
Around the Map
After selling loot, went to Soldier's Peak to upgrade DLC armor. Sold Cailan's boots and gloves, and Warden Commander Chest at all tier 5. Bought back as dragonbone tier 7, and was down to 86g 82s 60c. Decided I might as well upgrade the rest of Cailan's armor (helm, chest, shield), and that brought me down to 72g 83s 97c.
Went to the Circle Tower to buy the backpack there.
Anvil of the Void
Problem with rogue is that it is weak against golems, as they can't be stunned and some are immune to criticals.
Encounters with more than one were broken up using stealth, so I only had to fight one at a time.
Hit level 20, more strength.
Branka
Rogue is the weakest class in this fight, IMO, and going fists doesn't improve the situation. But it was possible to beat it with a metric ton of kiting. Most annoying thing is that stealth results in enemies targeting mandatory Oghren. Used two soulrots and some acid flasks to try and draw attention away from Ogrhen, and to deal AOE damage to the Branka "clones."
Basic strategy was to try and kill the golems first. Mark of Death, punch regular one. Then try to "backpunch" an LT rank. Used Dirty Fighting on Branka when she first came into range. Were still two enemy golems left when friendlies were dead. Then it was basically time to run in a circle until Dirty Fighting was off cooldown so I could use it on Branka as needed, and try to land a few punches on the golems. When they were down, repeat against Branka. Do this a trillion times, and fight is over.
Later I also replayed it using the zz_dropparty console command to fight it without Oghren, and it was only marginally different. Could use stealth more liberally, but it still required a lot of kiting.
Evon the Great's was probably the best here for armor rating and higher health regen, as well as 10% dodge. Warden Commander is better in the initial bit, but is not as good for the bulk where Branka is forcing nature damage with her odd attacks.
Branka's Shield has +4 damage v darkspawn, so that will be nice.
More Crap
Went back to Orzammar. Sold stuff, turned in shaper stuff, talked to Ruck's mom, gave the records to the Ortan lady. Went back to the Deep Roads to finish Topsider's Honor, kill the Gangue Shade, and pick up a bit of loot in Dead Trenches I couldn't get because of full inventory.
Then it was Camp time to talk to Shale and activate her quest.
Cadash Thaig - the only thing here that was a problem was the Ogre Alpha, which required a lot of kiting. Dirty Fighting, punch, punch... stealth, punch... repeat.
Back to Orzammar to sell loot, and then I bought a lot of trap ingredients as there isn't really much else for me to spend money on. Went to Soldier's Peak to get the Freeze Trap plans. Made 21 freeze traps. Had one shock trap that was looted, and around 13 large claw traps.
High Dragon
Set a few claw traps and about 10 freeze traps originally. So the dragon set off one whole claw trap, I think in the center of where it landed. The freeze traps have AOE, so they all went off. I wasn't paying close enough attention, but I thought the freeze traps were doing less than 100 cold damage, which would indicate resistance, at least for level 20 dragon.
Anyway I didn't finish that and instead reloaded to check melee and if I could use Below the Belt without getting kicked, and indeed Below the Belt can be used from the same spot slightly to the rear near the target circle as with most of the other melee abilities. As far as auto-attack punching goes, if the dragon was doing a "massive attack" with the front legs, I could punch the rear leg twice without getting kicked.
I ended up using three greater fire resistance balms. Was using Evon the Great's Mail, with Cailan's gloves and boots.
More Random Crap
Camp - sold junk
Low Road (Wynne) - died to DOT twice after Omega was dead by being stupid.
Orzammar - decided to buy some stuff to make Soulrot traps. Finished Thief in the House of Learning, and did the unofficial Provings. Hit level 21.
Forest Incline (rebel dwarves) - stealth, punch.
Dalish Camp - bought Tome of the Mortal Vessel (+1 str), Tome of Skill and Sundry (Survival 3), and the backpack. Took care of Elora's Halla, and Wynne's Regret.
Went to Lake Callenhad for Oghren's Flame
Winding Road - punched stuff
Denerim - got Wade's Superior Heavy Dragonscale Armor.
Next stop is probably Flemmeth. I might actually place nearly all the freeze and soulrot traps, then fight her. Since I have no greater fire resist balms now, may need to just go with armor and belt with fire rest, along with lessers. Considering saving claw traps for Cauthrien. Haven't entirely decided.

I wasn't paying close enough attention, but I thought the freeze traps were doing less than 100 cold damage, which would indicate resistance, at least for level 20 dragon. That is strange: resistance to the most obvious element for a fire dragon. Maybe traps are simply glitched.

But maybe this is just resistance from Nightmare setting plus the dragon's rank (boss).

But maybe this is just resistance from Nightmare setting plus the dragon's rank (boss). Wrote this post about traps and after (yesterday) was playing SS-mage in Ortan Thaig full of spiders. Somehow words "high resistance" were just out of my head. Even before have asked in another post and thread about high resistances but you missed it. Was going to the thaig and was sure spiders were immune to poison. Used poison against spiders (with normal damage 15-18) and got damage 3-5 with very short duration. And remembered your post about traps. Maybe indeed that was the case.

So here was the damage (rated in parenthesis)
Freeze Trap - 80 (100)
Shock Trap - 80 (100)
Acid Flask - 64 (80)
Soulrot Bomb - 64 (80)
For all of these, damage was reduced 20%.
Going back through the wiki, Nightmare gives 5% damage resistance to all enemies, and elite enemies have resistance bonus from 5 - 15% (lieutenant through elite boss).
So this was probably just 5 + 15 = 20% general damage resistance in play.
Spiders have some nature resistance, wiki doesn't say specifically. Friendly spider is 75% though.

Flemeth
Used some traps: 1x shock, 14x freeze, 8x soulrot. 2x freeze didn't go off. Wore Wade's Superior Heavy set for fire resist bonus.
Talked to some people in camp, did some minor stuff, and called the Landsmeet.
Denerim
Zevran Crow Ambush - stealth
Rescue the Queen
I nearly died in the first combat area because I didn't realize I still had on Dusk Ring instead of Lifegiver.
Howe - stealth, killed near mage. Ran to next mage and killed him. Stealthed, killed the mooks. Killed Howe. Howe's Shield has same +12 defense enchantment as Champion, but also +10 cold and fire resistance.
Cauthrien - the Long Way
Used Feign Death for fun near the beginning. It is pointless. Otherwise, using Warden Commander chest for +10 physical resistance and +15% crit/backstab damage. Used a couple Incenses of Awareness. Cauthrien started to move pretty fast after I made her mad, and then started cheating and going between chairs.
Cauthrien - Some Traps
Since I had so many, set a few along the hall. This goes a lot faster.
Using Evon the Great's Mail here.
I am not sure this guy can win in the room with no health pots, even trying to cheese it. Maybe max armor approach would work. Although there is always Cailan's whole set, I haven't been too keen to use it.
More Crap
Talked to people at the Arl's. Did the rest of Leliana's Past. Turned in MIA, talked to Slim, talked to the nobles in the tavern. Stole the Crown. Turned in New Ground. Went to Bann Franderel's Estate for the first Tears bit.
Alienage
I intimidated the elf, so I skipped one fight.
Caladrius was actually very annoying. I started with bad luck where practically every cold spell and misdirection hex could hit me. Part of that may have been because I was trying with only 48% spell resistance. He also decided he would sometimes resist Dirty Fighting, I guess for fun.
Went with Ancient Elven Gloves, Antivan Boots, Havard's, and used Warden Commander Chest the last run with a lesser cold and lesser fire.
Something Wicked - hit Level 22 at the rage / shades in the midpoint. Took more strength and Dual Weapon Sweep, along with Survival 4. For the last fight, wore Wade's chest and boots (but Cailan's Gauntlets), and Howe's Shield.
Sold junk, bought Tome of Skill for no reason and spent it on Coercion 4. Talked to people in camp.
Denerim Market
Turned in Fazil's, Places of Power, Drake Scales, Notices of Conscription. Realized I hadn't talked to the courier in the Pearl. Swung by there for that, talked to Isabela, then went back and turned that in. Activated Change in Leadership and talked to guy in the market.
Unbound
This one was fun because hit rate was so low. Ancient Elven Gloves, Evon's, Cailan's greaves, Havard's Aegis (52% spell resistance). Used greater cold and spirit salves, as well as Incense of Awareness. Most of the damage was done by the Arcane Form who landed a lot of spells.

More video is always good.
Was hoping to see famous "in the room-no-pot-solo-fight". Well, too bad.
It seems traps are indeed very useful since Flemeth lost half of her health already in the very beginning and Cauthrien was almost dead. Good to know.
Feign Death - for fun? Yes. Though interesting if it works with all enemies; like can you fool some dragon with this trick.

So application is pretty limited.
***
Finished Change in Leadership, went to the Grey Warden vault, then stole the Tears. I only killed one unit there.
Redcliffe was just stealth and punch, but in the courtyard a lot of enemies were focused on the friendly soldiers.
Battle of Denerim - Market
General - since he uses Indomitable, what I ended up doing was kiting him back to a well, then activated Stealth. When he turned to walk away, I would back-punch. Then kite around the well. Repeat a lot of times. Lame, but that was how it basically had to go.
Alienage
Went for the general after dropping useless claw trap on the Lt. Genlock. I took a Misdirection Hex, and tried Pinpoint Strike for a bit. Then used Feign Death until it wore off. Threw some acid flasks on clumped grunts since I had 15 or so.
Palace District
Not much to say here, except that the enemy ogres helped me kill grunts with Hurl.
Fort Drakon Steps
Switched to Ancient Elven Gloves, Antivan Boots, and Evon's, with Havard's as the shield. Used some more acid flasks from stealth on clumps. I didn't notice it at the time, but apparently I took some friendly fire damage doing this, which annoyed me a lot when I discovered it later. At least I have dain's fix for the contribution to party damage calculation.
After killing the dragon, went up to the left, and killed the first emissary, then went back to stealth after it was on cooldown. Then moved to the right side to kill the second. As I was doing that, I took a Weakness, and Chain Lightning from another emissary that randomly replaced the first. Went back and killed it. Other than that this wasn't too horrible, just slow, as I had to kill elites from stealth.
Hit Level 24 killing the first clump of enemies.
Fort Drakon
At Sandal I sold loot and had 381g 31s 53c, and sum total accumulated 1157g 57s 73c.
Assassin - this was the only part that gave me much difficulty. I had to kite the Assassin back to the long table a few rooms previous, and wait for Stealth or Dirty Fighting to come off cooldown. Mostly I just used Dirty Fighting to punch him a few times. Repeat endlessly.
Archdemon
First attempt went like this:
This was the third:
The Legion of the Dead guy stole my Archdemon kill on the second try.
Anyway, right before the fight there is a 60XP chest, and I put on Dusk Ring to open it. Then I forgot to change it, and didn't even notice it until basically I was dead at the end of the first attempt.
So that is that, Dragon Fist style accomplished. I don't think I will do fists again, or if I did I would just put basically no restrictions on the game and do a Warrior.
I think I may try a rogue limiting myself to only three talents on the bar, taking Ranger and archery. This would be similar to something I read on the wiki, although I haven't entirely decided on the "rules." Would probably do starting armor, Dalish origin.

I started something inspired by the rogue run described here in IN's page on the wiki. Namely a rogue that avoids consumables and only uses three talents, and a couple pieces of gear. That was what I was alluding to with rules above.
Where the above is somewhat vague is on what is going on for the talents before unlocking Defensive Fire, Arrow of Slaying, or Summon Spider; or before getting 34 dex to use Sorrows, or making it to the Circle for Senior Enchanter Robes.
In any case, I rolled a Dalish Elf just to see how things might work out. Was initially thinking something like this:
- Starting armor set only
- Sorrows of Arlathan bow, before that whatever I can find.
- Like in the article, only maybe the one Incense of Awareness, otherwise no consumables (potions, poultices, salves, grenades, etc).
- Only three talents for combat. Initially I tried to see if I could get through the origin using none.
Had not decided on whether Keeper's Ring would be something I could use (+1 dex), and I hadn't decided on if tomes generally and the Frozen Waste + Formari would be used.
I had worked out a build order, investing only in dex. I would get 31 natural dex at Level 5, but with only +2 from armor, that would be short for Sorrows. So I would not be able to use Sorrows until Level 6, which didn't seem ideal. I wasn't really thinking about Bregan's at all, and I had not decided if I could use temporary + stat gear to try and use Sorrows a level earlier.
**
Origin - First Half
I was able to just barely get through the first half of the origin using no activated or sustained talents. Was using the Longbow I stole from Tamlen, or the Scout's Bow, the later actually seemed slightly more useful due to the reduced aim time. Took a while to get used to animation canceling bows again. This was fairly tricky, but it was doable. In the first major hallway in the ruins which runs left to right, there is a wheelbarrow near the center where it was possible to hide behind it and limit melee attackers, and sometimes get ranged units to hit objects instead of me. Used this to kill most of the spiders, and the two undead.
In the past, I tried to kite the berserkarn around the mirror. This time I learned that if you kite it back through the room with the columns, once you reach about the midway point it will turn around and go back to the mirror. So it is possible to aggro it with a few shots, run to that room, and turn and shoot it in the rear once as it is going back. Then repeat a while and it is dead.
I ended up triggering the cutscene at the mirror as I was walking towards the chest. I wasn't sure I could kill the undead horde anyway, so I didn't worry about that.
Origin - Second Half
This was a much bigger hassle. First had to break the darkspawn to ones or twos, but it is doable. Also tried some line of sight trickery with trees. What I mean is that it is possible to pop out, aim and animation cancel a shot, and move back behind the tree. Often what the darkspawn will do is start to aim as they see you, then as you shoot and move out of LOS, they stop aiming and some will throw their hands in the air in futility. In this manner, sometimes you can kill an archer or two without taking a hit.
The big problem I had was with the last three enemies: two genlocks and a lieutenant ranked emissary. I had to approach from the right side (since I had no lockpicking to open the door from the other way), and this meant nearly any shot pulled at least the emissary and one genlock, but most of the time all three started to chase me.
The emissary doesn't care about defense, has Death Siphon, and likes to use Drain Life. There are various dead units laying around, so kiting him just heals him. At least in the first circuit around everything. The genlocks aren't horrible, but as one big group they were bad.
I partially solved this problem by firing a shot, then running back through the room with the columns, then going through the two doors into the other room (has some sarcophagi and hole in the floor), and then out the door on the left towards the long hallway, and had a loop back to the room with the columns. Shutting the doors to slow them, I was able to get the emissary and one genlock separated from the last, and I was able to pick off that genlock. At this point, I hit level 3.
Dropped a save, and the emissary and last genlock were standing around near the locked door in the room with the sarcophagi. This is where I tried various things to kill the emissary. No talents did not seem like it was going to work at all, although maybe if I used Acid Flasks. Even with Dirty Fighting and Pinning Shot, I still had an issue trying to out dps the Emissary before it would heal itself. It was possible to go fast enough around the loop that I could drop out of combat, and the emissary would walk back to the starting place, or to the locked door depending on where he was. Emissary healed to full via regen when doing this.
First thing that worked was going in another direction, where I used my point from Level 3 to go Dual Weapon Sweep, and through on Edge and a Level 1 dagger. I had to make sure I kited enough through the circuit that the corpses were already used for healing. It was possible to use Dirty Fighting, move for some backstabs, use Dual Weapon Sweep, then run again to another corner, where I could end up finishing the emissary.
I wasn't entirely satisfied with that, and later that night tried again. I noticed I could have been using Bregan's Bow, so equipped that. I also blew the two tomes on 3 dex and Survival 2. In any case, I was able to beat him with some margin this way, although it was still tedious. Basically I had to kite him so that he dropped out of combat near door out of the column room. Then he slowly walked towards the back hall where he started. If I was quick I could get around behind him at the corner of the long hall and use Pinning Shot. This stuck him briefly, and I could get in a couple shots with no return fire. Then after he started to hit me a bit, I moved behind the corner to stop staff attacks, and he would run towards me. As he rounded the corner, used Dirty Fighting again, and shot him. I was able to finish him before he finished me this way, and that was mission accomplished.
Went on to Ostagar. I don't know if I want to go back and try from the level 3 save and see if I can do it without the tomes. I was also trying to remember the Dwarf Noble origin and whether that might have been smoother, and I think it may be given the "trick" for the mercenaries, as well as the fact that you don't have to fight Trian.
***
edit: Went back to the level 3 save. So I was able to do it without using the tomes, more or less the same way, with Bregan's bow. But just barely. I had a bit more health the previous time probably due in part to more nature resistance (from Survival 2), but I think he had an extra heal that he didn't have before.
This feels good and bad, since I had already made a lot of progress after the origin... actually all the way to Level 7 and out of Lothering (I recruited Leliana and Sten, did Bandits Everywhere, but skipped other sidequests). Dog encounter was a pain, but I could probably redo it. Toll Collectors were mostly annoying due to the fact that I couldn't intimidate, did it in two different ways (running to the cutscene, moving team out of danger; paying 30 silver then dropping the team and going back).
Will be out of town for the rest of the week, so besides a bit more tonight I won't be making progress on this for a while.

As understand still can buy bijouterie? This question is connected with "magic resist" probleme and encounters where this parametre is important like "Undound", Uldred, mages in general. And with such rules and restrictions intend to do all usual missions? -- Added: btw, found that saw sword which I have never found?

I considered allowing the Keeper's Ring, but instead compromised where I just used it to equip the bow a little earlier and took it off.
I was not intending to do all the quests. Unbound probably isn't winnable with these restrictions. Higher level spider summon casting web, while using Arrow of Slaying on another mage will work ok for most mage areas.
I haven't decided on exactly how much stuff I will try to do though.
edit: Saw sword in the origin? I haven't been able to unlock many chests since I don't have anything in Deft Hands. I don't remember exactly which chest in the origin has a chance for it. Anyway, didn't get it this run. Doesn't matter all that much since I am only going to be using my starting armor and Sorrows.

This will be long. Archer's name is Cadi.
The summary is that this has largely been doable, but three talents, limited gear, and "only one consumable" makes the game really tedious. Lot of luring / tanking with the animal. Often needs to tank while Cadi runs away to drop out of combat if it is a fight where you are dumped out of a cutscene.
LotheringDog encounter - to do this, basically used Arrow of Slaying on a shield mook to kill, then animation cancel shots at other units, and try to peel them off Dog. They could not hardly hit me, so the idea was to get heat off Dog so he will live longer and help me out tanking the Hurlock elite. Toll Collectors - Paid the 30 silver to go past so that I could activate them with no party by stealing from their crate. Otherwise, I recruited Leliana and Sten, talked to the Irregulars guy, talked to the Templar, and the Redcliffe knight. Killed the mob, and did the Bandits Everywhere quest (Level 7 partway through the last group). Then killed the darkspawn and left. Went to Camp, then Lake Callenhad. No random map encounter. Bought the Incense of Awareness. Broken CircleI tried to avoid unnecessary fights, as well as clicking codex entries. For various fights here, and later on, had to send in the animal to activate and or lure enemies, with the archer back a ways. The two hardest things here were the first elite Rage with the abominations on the first floor, and then the blood mages at the beginning of the second floor. FadeThis went more or less like it does in any other solo. Level 8 somewhere in there. Broken Circle 2After the Fade, had a whole 81 attack and 94 defense (+30 with Defensive Fire). Went back and killed a couple units before Uldred. Templar + Desire Demon - starting with a bear summoned, ran Cadi back past the door. Arrow of Slaying on the Desire Demon, then it was try to kill Devouring Corpse, then run around in a circle for a long time while Bear and AoS came off cooldown. Uldred - beat him with 5 health remaining, and used the Incense at the beginning. I don't know if it might have been possible to beat using a level up trick in the fight like I did with the punch rogue. Camp - talked, did Enchantment Lake - activated Mage's Collective stuff. Herbal Magic. Killed the Deserter. Tower - cleared a couple enemies that were left (bewitched Templars, some aboms, etc). Zevran Encounter - basically have a bear active, Arrow of Slaying on mage, turn on Defensive Fire then run right to the spot in between traps. Then work on enemies. Worth noting that there is not enough stamina to use Arrow with both an animal summoned and Defensive Fire active. So have to start a fight with one or the other (usually animal, switch on Defensive Fire later). DenerimActivated quests. Took care of Honor Bound, Friends of Red Jenny. Went to the Pearl for the White Falcons and a body bag. Hit Level 9. Cristoff - Kylon tanks everything. Back to the Market, took care of the Oars. Turned in Restocking the Guild. Was able to do Back Alley Justice (bow for the win), Solving Problems and Blood of Warning. Careless Accusations when traveling. Need Bear active to start, Arrow of Slaying on Mage, move behind tree. Dalish Camp / ForestTalked to people and cleared the forest through Athras's wife. Could not do Sign of Safe Passage in a reasonable way. Took Deygan back, turned in Ironbark and talked to Athras. Have You Seen Me - AoS first, can let animal do some damage while running around the tent. Frostback Mountains / OrzammarSidestepped bounty hunters. Killed Imrek and friends. Talked to Vartag, Dulin, Shaperate people. Went to Dust Town where fought ambush from stall where you can not be reached. Killed Shady guy, talked to Zerlinda. Wrangled some nugs, and talked to Burkel. Aeducan Thaig - slow. Bear and Spider luring. It was difficult to kill the second emissary (first took AoS). Hit Level 10 right before that emissary. Web was very helpful. Returned with Dace, didn't entirely clear. Camp - talked Honestly the only reason to go here was to get some XP and level up a bit where I thought it would not be overly difficult. Dalish Camp / ForestForest - Spider and AoS for Sylvans Hermet - traded for some things, then stole the acorn from the stump. With a pet, it was possible to run Cadi away and drop out of combat. Only one rage followed, and I killed it with an AoS. I wondered if the Hermit would still be hostile if I left the map, so went back to the Oak. Got the wood, went back to the Ogre area to kill them. Could see the aura of fire rendered near the hermit, so they were still hostile and standing around. Went through the mist and into the ruins. Spiders - used my spider to tank, while Cadi was at extreme range. AoS. Dragon - tree sniped Lower Ruins Skeleton mob ambush - this is the one after the scene with the spirit. In the room to the right there is a tree with some tiles behind it. I could go onto there and shoot the skeletons at my leisure. Elven Ritual - the spirit and shades didn't seem beatable at this level. 100+30 defense, 83 attack. Hit Level 11 after killing the boss Arcane Horror. Lair - used spider to lure / tank. Cadi was in corner to the left of start, where apparently Shadow Wolves can't overwhelm. Those were priority targets for AoS / Web if possible. Saved before the gatekeeper, I hadn't decided what I was going to do to end this quest. With only Coercion 2, options would be to try to kill Zathrien or Witherfang. Ended up leaving the ruins to try and level up. Sign of Safe Passage - the story of most of this run: kite around forever while stuff is an cooldown. Roadside (mage map encounter) - moved towards the enemies, and the mages "hit 'em with the good stuff" like Jacob... earthquake + tempest, which did most of my work for me. Sulcher's Pass - get the rod HonnleathThis was a question mark. I thought I could relatively easily clear most of it, and I did. I was not sure how bad Kitty would be, and the answer was "very." Not entirely sure if this will be winnable with these restrictions, but maybe if I outlevel her by a lot. Left before the confrontation. Civil War - npcs do most everything -> Gentle Path DenerimTurned in Loghain's Push, Careless, Have You Seen Me, Negotiation Aids, Sign of Safe Passage. Killed Paedan. Talked to Ignacio. Camp -> Starmetal encounter -> Kaidan Fe (lure / snipe) -> Gentle Path -> Haven HavenThought the Urn quest could be reasonably done, and I wasn't sure if I was going to do Return to Ostagar or Soldier's Peak at all. This was doable with same old lure, kite, etc stuff. I had to go see Elrik first, so that I would not be walking out of the store right into the mage and get killed before I could do anything. Could then go back down the hill and kill everyone. In the temple, elites would not take a lot of damage from AoS, and sometimes it missed. Notable example was the Cultist Overseer after the load into the second area. First AoS did 111 damage, which was <20% health, second did 94. Kited him around a long time with Spider helping. I had hit Level 12 near the "2 mage + mook" area earlier, so had poisonous spider, which is much better than the regular. L10 poisonous spider: 246 health, 126 stamina L12 Cadi: 160 health, 84 stamina (ha) Drakes - largely fought near the cages where they "usually" couldn't get me. For the first three, this worked easily. For the "2 drake room," after clearing the mooks, I had to clear the dragonlings before activating the drakes. Then it was run time. Kolgrim - cheesed this. Ran backwards, and nobody followed me. At that point I could go back, and AoS snipe the left mage. Then waited and sniped the left melee mook. Sent spider to web / attack the right mage, and DPS'd it down with animation canceling, and also killed the shield guy before I could run away. Kolgrim needed a lot of kiting, ran backwards to the first areas of the map. Spider resummoned when off cooldown (120 seconds). Got the Urn. Dark Forest - with 134 defense, I was basically unhittable by regular spiders. The last bit was difficult, it had to be done slowly breaking up the group. ForestHad taken Coercion 3 at L12. Set up Cammen. Hermit - went back to kill him. AoS on first rage, while spider used web / tanked. Kited hermit around the hill where the paths come together. Spider had to do most of the work. Hit Level 13. Ruins - killed the shades near the Mage's Treasure / Elven Ritual. Met with the Lady. Persuaded them to kill the Dalish. This fight is relatively easy given all the support. Zathrien didn't target me, but Lanaya did. Saved afterwards, didn't think I would necessarily keep this state. Zathrien - reloaded before the Lady. Decided to see if I could beat Zathrien. It did not go well, but I was stubborn and found that with a lot of luck it could be cheesed enough to win. As it starts, move to the right where there is a triangular shaped area. Part way there, summon spider. Arrow of Slaying on one shade. If you had enough luck to get that far and actually hit the shade, then DPS it and the next one down. If hit by Misdirection Hex on Cadi it was a reload. If the spider died too early, reload. Hopefully the spider lasted until the shades were dead, at which point the Sylvans can just be targeted while they stand around. Annoyance being that with no spider, Cadi took Misdirection Hex whenever it was off cooldown. Interestingly though, Zathrien would not target Cadi while she stayed in this spot and did not attack Zathrien. So basically I waited for spider to come off cooldown, then sent it to attack Zathrien. Repeat multiple times. As such, this took a long time. Saved afterwards and just stuck with broken curse. Issue here is that this enables a roadside encounter with eleventy billion archers and two ranked Shrieks that is probably not winnable in a near term. Oh well. Bann Loren's Land / OstagarBroke down and decided to do RtO for the XP. Figured I could at least grind through it. Bann Loren's - AoS on an archer, move behind tree, summon spider. With Defensive Fire, I was nearly unhittable. Last unit was shield guy who could stun with Shield Pummel, at which point I could be hit. Trickiest part was the Strategist (mage). Had to bait the group with spider and let it get killed. Wait for cooldown then get strategist by himself and hope that Web and AoS worked, do some animation canceling while he was webbed (def fire off). He went for Cadi, so had to run her around while Spider worked on him. Otherwise the next trickiest bit might have been the ogre in Ishal. I did not bother to fight the last ogre, sent the spider to web and attack the Necro, while I used AoS then animation canceled (def fire off). DenerimTurn in Forgotten Verses, Scrolls of Banastor, Untraceable Frostback Mountains / OrzammarKilled bounty hunters, witness, and deserters. Talked to the apprentice. Went to Orzammar and finished up Zerlinda's Woe, talked to the Assembly member in Tapster's, and went to the Shaperate to talk about the Chantry. Went next door to talk to Vartag (hit Level 14). L14 - 62+4 dex; 91 attack, 114 defense. My hit rate is a pitiful 70%. Cleared tunneling thieves, killed the Ambassador. Went back to the commons and intimidated Jarvia's people, bought a tome to give Leliana Stealth, gave Burkel and Zerlinda good news, and had Leliana steal from Rogek just for fun. Accepted Precious Metal. Lake CallenhadKilled the witness, activated the dead drop, and handed out a notice of death. Tower - talked to Irving about Dagna, went to see Godwin. Killed the Black Vials Revenant. With defensive fire, was basically unhittable. RedcliffeWasn't entirely sure I wanted to do this, and was thinking I wasn't going to care about the militia. Talked to everyone and prepared. Took the tavern, did not recruit Lloyd. Attack at Nightfall - so it was going fairly well and I thought I would in fact try to save the militia. In both areas, I basically had to control the spider most of the time and animation cancel for more DPS. Cadi with Defensive Fire was not hit much, if at all, and could sit around to "tank" a few undead. Running down the hill, saved about as far down as I could so I could reload when needed. Took a few attempts to save all the militia, but it was finally done. AoS on first ranked corpse, summon spider, web / attack other one. Spider tried to attack corpses on weakened militia, left Cadi near an entrance to try and cause a bottleneck. ** Build order followed what I mapped out (although I hadn't decided on on Skills before). 1. +5 dex (19), (Combat 1), Melee Archer, Pinning Shot 2. +3 dex (22), (Combat 2), Aim 3. +3 dex (25), Crippling Shot 4. +3 dex (28), (Combat 3), Defensive Fire 5. +3 dex (31), Critical Shot J. -saved- 6. +3 dex (34), (Combat 4), Master Archer, Arrow of Slaying 7. +3 dex (37), Ranger, Summon Wolf 8. +3 dex (40), (Coercion1), Summon Bear 9. +3 dex (43, 47 fade), BtB 10. +3 dex (50), (Coercion2), Summon Spider 11. +3 dex (53), Deadly Strike 12. +3 dex (56), (Coercion3), Master Ranger 13. +3 dex (59), Lethality 14. +3 dex (62+2), (Survival 2), Duelist, Evasion Since hit rate is not great, I will probably continue dexterity investment until the end. With only three talents and no Bard song, I do not think cunning would be very helpful to me.

Hermet - traded for some things, then stole the acorn from the stump. With a pet, it was possible to run Cadi away and drop out of combat. That's interesting. Whenever I do the same using Zevran instead (when his stealth does not work as still have this problem from time to time), the Hermit and demons run after me anyway no matter the distance. -- Lvl 14 and almost the end of the game. What about "The Unbound"? Could you, please, make some more videos if possible.

Generally it seems like if you are far enough and out of line of sight, enemy units will just go to wear they spawn and wait instead of chasing. The one rage must have been just close enough that it decided to track through the forest to where I was by the myst / barrier. I don't know if there is anything special about summons / pets as far as aggro goes.
Do have a fair amount of game left.
I think it is unlikely I will do Unbound, I do not think it would be winnable.
***
Taking the Castle
One other thing about hitting level 14: I have enough stamina from leveling that spider and defensive fire can be sustained and there is enough stamina to fire AoS.
Another bit is that Evade's animation is very annoying. I almost wish I did not take that talent, but 20% chance to dodge a lot of things might be helpful in a couple encounters. Otherwise, with Defensive Fire my defense score (144) is high enough that regular mobs can't hit me.
Courtyard - whether or not this could be difficult depends entirely on if Arrow of Slaying hits the lieutenant Revenant and kills it. It is possible to snipe some of the mooks around it without activating the other units.
Teagan - more or less as above, if you kill Teagan with AoS right away, this encounter is an inevitable victory. If not, then you can try kiting, but it might not work.
Suits of Armor - ran the spider into the room, while Cadi was way back. In this manner combat drop out, but the suits were hostile and could be targeted and picked off one by one.
Hit Level 15 upstairs. Took Deft Hands, and will probably go through that line.
Connor / Desire Demon
This is its own section because it is basically similar to the Kitty fight, and also sort of to Unbound. I could mostly get to the last stage of the fight with Kitty, but if I did the spider and AoS were on cooldown. With 0% spell resist, Cadi is a sitting duck and can't kill the demon before eating a lot of spells.
The three rage section is the big problem, the spider is usually weakened before and doesn't last long. AoS wants to be very unreliable here for some reason, where it seems like it often just misses.
Anyway, with no health regen on Cadi + no spell resist along with an enclosed space, magic boss encounters are largely unwinnable without some sort of exploit. Maybe if the warden can get a more pronounced level advantage.
I left the castle and may try to get a few levels just to see what happens. But I think it is likely I will just have to send Jowan into the fade.

I think I might have made another mistake that will cost time. Bloody Plains might not be winnable at all at level 15 or above. Emissary just says "lol Crushing Prison" immediately like every time. Might go back to after the Attack at Nightfall and just travel to get rid of that one. But other than that, I did some stuff just to do it instead of fighting Connor: Redcliff Village - turn in Skin Deep, Notices of Death, talk to Owen and do Gift of Silence. Gentle Path Orzammar - Talked to Dagna, Rogek to turn in that fetch stuff. Rocky Road (Dalish random) - AoS on far shriek, summon spider, kill other shriek within fenced area. Sit around for years slowly killing 1000 archers while Evade animation procs 100 times, lowering DPS. All friendlies were dead by the time the second shriek was killed. Brothers and Sons Denerim - turn in Brothers and Sons, finish Dead Drop, False Witnesses, Notices of Termination. Last Request - luring, sacrificing spider, etc. Last room even can be killed one at a time sacrificing the spider and running the archer away. The qunari followed me, the rest stayed in there. Dropped out of combat after killing him. At that point, the only question is if you and the spider can kill the boss after you get down to only him remaining. One thing I did was send a spider by itself to weaken him, and get him near the door. While standing far away, I could shoot him once in the back and get him to turn around, then since I ran away fast enough, he would turn again. This way he would stay in combat for a bit and not regen as fast. Otherwise, have to web him, use AoS, poison spit, and animation cancel. New Ground - killed off the mooks first (AoS, spider), and went to a corner. There I worked on the other mooks while spider was on cooldown. Caravan Down - enemies start non-targetable. It is possible to just aggro the first group, so web the emissary, AoS to kill him. Kill the rest of the first group, and wait for AoS and Web again for the last emissary. The ranked genlock chased the spider around in circles while Cadi just shot him with arrows at range. Forest Clearing (werewolves) - Cadi basically unhittable, but positioned her near a tree so that only three could fight her at a time. Elora's Halla - I had Survival 2 so I could do this. In retrospect, I think the skill at 14 should have been Stealing to start Slim's quests just for easy XP (I don't need gold at all). Brother's Killer - sacrifice spider. Only one yellow mage followed me, I hit him with AoS. Then I went around the other way, killed the other yellow one with AoS without alerting the two basic mages. Spider was ready again, sent him to web one of the basics, and that one shot a fireball before web hit him, which ended up killing the other remaining mage. Arrows and poison for the webbed mage. E Brec Mage's Revenant - this is the one right next to there. For this one, web it immediately, killed the archer. The melee units and the revenant couldn't hit me in melee, but the Revenant damaged me with pull and mass pull every once and a while. I had just enough damage output to kill off the revenant. E Brec Mage's Revenant 2 - one near the ruins. This fight was opposite of the other where all the skeletons start as archers. I killed all the skeletons first, then worked on the revenant. Lair and Lower Ruins Black Vials Revenants - could kill with Cadi on one side, and spider flanking. These didn't hardly use pull at all. The one in the lower ruins could hit Cadi with double strike, the one in the lair never seemed to hit her (maybe luck). At this point, I was getting Bloody Plains random, or some other low chance crap that was also unwinnable. Reloading to test Bloody Plains, got a couple others that I could probably pass, but I wanted to check Plains. I will probably go back and try to get rid of Plains at level 14, which means redoing a lot of crap potentially. Or I may end up just skipping that sidequest stuff the second time around. May also just send Jowan into the fade and be done with that. Since Paragon has basically no magical bosses, I don't anticipate a lot of problems there. If I don't get 100 Hurl's at the beginning of Branka's fight, I think it also won't be too bad.
***
edit:
Was wrong about Bloody Plains. Tried it at level 14 and the emissary did the same thing. Then I was thinking about the tactic scripts, and if maybe I needed to target him faster. I enabled the "Pause at start of combat" option and went back to my save after the Revenants above.
Traveled to Lake Callenhad that time with no encounters. Then just went around the map trying to get Bloody Plains. To Denerim, then to the Dalish Camp.
River Crossing - Ran forward and took multiple Scattershots (which reduces the stun duration), dropping me to 50% health. Ran towards the bridge, summoned Spider, AoS on the 2H. Spider web on elite bandit who had gone to bow. Killed off the elite and other melee, then went by the tree to refresh cooldowns. Then killed the archers one by one.
Went towards the Circle Tower
Bloody Plains - with the pause option, immediately selected Arrow of Slaying on Emissary. Turns out spells selected seem to differ. Had to do this three times though. First time he did Regeneration then did Crushing Prison before the arrow fired. Second time he did something like Heroic Aura + Glyph of Warding, and in any case AoS missed. Third time he did Regen + Glyph, and the AoS hit. Summoned spider, killed off the archers, then kited around until spider cooldown was off. At that point, the elite Hurlock seemed to be most interested in the spider, so I just ran it around letting the archer and poison DOT kill it.
Redcliffe - turned in Caravan Down and Brother's Killer
Castle - Sent Jowan into the Fade first.
Wanted to only use three spells. Thought Drain Life, Stonefist and Paralyze might be ok. Did the first three encounters with those. But I couldn't quite beat the demon in the final fight. Damage output was too low, and she would activate Spell Shield, and I couldn't hardly do anything.
Reloaded and took Irving. Decided to try Heal, Shock and Lightning. That worked out pretty well, beat the demon.
Then I thought I might try Jowan again, and went with more damage for the last fight. Took Flame Blast, Stone Fist, and Drain Life. It was close, but I managed to beat her.
Hit level 16 after talking to Eamon.
I don't know if I will go and try to beat her in the "real world" with this character. Would have to go back to the save I made and perhaps work on the Carta for more levels, then return.

How did you recruit Leliana? Camp - talked, did Enchantment What enchantment? Generally it seems like if you are far enough and out of line of sight, enemy units will just go to wear they spawn and wait instead of chasing. The one rage must have been just close enough that it decided to track through the forest to where I was by the myst / barrier. I don't know if there is anything special about summons / pets as far as aggro goes. Aye, that's the thing: the Hermit can never resist chasing me down even if I am already far-far away. And at least one rage demon. Remember only one PT where demons were lazy unlike the Hermit. edit: one PT where the Hermit was lazy as well. Added: you use DLC bow "Sorrows of Arlathan"?

Warrior Archer-no-pot-solo-PT
Uncas - the name
Warrior Archer
Dalish Origin
Maybe not the best origin but if it is not "rogue" every origin sucks. Other than that GW starts already as an archer and has one talent. No-pot solo. Restrictions are usual. With one exception (maybe): due to lack of weapons think will either install one mod to get a good bow without suicide (but will have to go to Redcliffe earlier and I prefer to go there as the last place), or use DLC bows before that (there are two of them). We'll see.
CC + 5 DEX Coercion 1 CT1 - given Survival 1 - given
Pinning Shot - given Melee Archer Rapid Aim ----- Used two tomes + 3 DEX CT2 -----
Origin
Obvious and annoying downside - no XP for traps, locks; no loot - less gold. My good and very close friend Tamlen lent me his long bow. Died three times fightng spiders: actually it was all about "luck".
--- lvl 2 +3 DEX Powerful --
Return to the ruins. Tried Bregan's Bow - fine, ok, but can't stand that ugly butterfly on my back. Switched to the usual long bow with rapid aim bonus. The fight consisted of running in circles and closing doors to drop off threat. First lured archer and emissary: after killing an archer got level 3, which ment full health. Tried to continue the fight but seems it was scripted anyway as always the third "life drain" killed me even if my health was more or less fine. Thus again running to drop off threat and level up. -- lvl 3 +3 DEX Aim Poison --
Killed emissary after the third attempt: was simply competition "who's faster" with a bow and with "life drain".
Ostagar
Covered a large ground, talked to a dumb king; first grabbed Daveth to open at least some chests without getting XP, talked to people and some racist assholes of different kinds. Too bad did not have "steal". Spent gold for some bombs as have no idea how will deal with hordes of some enemies.
Korcari Wilds
Lure-lure-.... Several deaths. -- lvl 4 + 3 DEX saved point --
After The Joining Ritual
lvl 5 + 3 DEX saved points (3)
Tower of Ishal
Lure
-- lvl 6 + 1 STR + 2 DEX Defensive Fire Crippling Shot Critical Shot 1 saved point --
Started to get crits from level 6
Now in the hut.
