Hey everyone, I recently got Origins for the PC after years of playing the series on console. I downloaded the Ultimate Edition, and decided to try a few mods, and apparently, am unable to permanently delete any character.
When I first loaded up the game with some new mods, I decided to make a new character and run him through the Origin to Ostagar since I had never used mods and wanted to see if they were working/if there were any problems, etc. Well, I figured out all of the mods and everything seems to be working, however, I have tried to delete that original character and another I had made to test things out in the Human Noble Origin, and while they delete at the time, when I close the game out and come back, all of their save files are back. It seems like a very strange problem, and I tried looking it up to see if anyone else was having the same problem, with no luck.
At first I assumed I had just missed something, but I've tried to delete the characters several times now, and am at a loss for a way to keep them gone. The only problem I really foresee is that in time when I reach the character limit, I won't be able to actually make or keep any new characters since the old ones will keep coming back.
Thanks to anyone in advance for your help!

If you can't delete the unwanted characters via the in game option on the 'Switch Characters' screen (which is really very odd...), you should still be able to rid yourself of them by manually deleting the character folders in your file manager.
Browse to [user]\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Characters, and just delete the folders named for any characters that you don't want.
