I just finished reading initiative and towards the end he said something about all humans having an AI so the playing field would be equaled. He even talked about humans being as strong as krogan and such. Then he said Cora's AI SAM E was doomed from the start and only he and his genetic line could use SAM at the level he did. So my question is does that mean his vision of having humans suped up by AI is gone or is it possible we will see it in a later game.

How could it continue? SAM is in Andromeda with Scott and Sara. His dream was for it to happen in andromeda. I am not sure what your saying?

Anyway, there's no reason SAM couldn't begin to impart knowledge to Scott and Sara. Further, Meridian may offer more possibilities that we can imagine. Not that I think we'll ever see Meridian again.
