Does your grenade launcher work using Propane Lady?

I am much like a garbage can. I can eat anything, except kale or very spicy food. I am always in to try something new.

mmmmm burgers!!!!!! 

It's out of control here the amount of burger joints opening. We tried one near us and the burgers start at about $15 but can be up to $25 but man they're so good and some are outrageous with their fillings.

So last night made Creamy Beef Taco Soup - was a bit unsure but my whole family loves Mexican and it was cold and a soup kind of night plus I needed to use 500g of Ground Beef which we Australians just call Mince.

It was however delicious but I changed a few things up as it wanted to put cream in it which I wasn't sure fit with Mexican, so used Sour Cream and just as a topping and it already had Cream Cheese in it.

It was essentially Ground Beef, Garlic, Onion, 1 Red Capsicum, 1 Green Capsicum (Bell Peppers), a Tin of Crushed Tomatoes, 500ml of Beef Stock, 1 packet of Taco Seasoning), small tin of Salsa, 75 Grams of Cream Cheese and a cup of tasty cheese (grated Cheddar). I added some Cayenne Pepper to mine after serving.

My wife and I had it as Soup for lunch and for dinner we had with a Baked Potato and as Soup and dipped some corn chips in it which was how my son had all of his.

It would be a great dip just by adding less liquid stick to it.

cooking mushrooms, will add left over ham to it, then will add a can of cream of mushroom soup to make a cream sauce, then will add some hot sauce and a bit of garlic pepper.

Will boil up some rotini. Will add rotini to sauce and put in glass casserole dish will add lots of cheddar, bake in hot air oven.

And drink some red wine while doing all of the above.

So went to a new restaurant/bar last night with the wife and some friends to see another friend and his band play some Americana and Blues which was really good.

The bar (Miss Celie's had a bit of a french theme to it) was very casual and did mostly small plates to share and a few main meals so the four of us got a cheese board (Cheddar, Brie and Blue), some onion rings with Chipotle Aioli, some Pastizzi and some Lamb Skewers and all were really good.

We also had some craft beers, craft alcoholic Ginger Beer, some Craft Cider and some really good Sauvignon Blanc (I think it may have been French), so good we had two bottles of it!!!!

All in all a good night.

I'll have to buy some pimento cheese to try that out, but i cannot just have white bread. I'd prefer a different type of bread or at the very least toast the bread.

If there is one food item I think I could eat until I explode it would be spring rolls.

Made a batch of Creamy Broccoli, Potato, Spinach and Bacon Soup a bit over a week ago. Took pictures during the process but forgot to take one of the finished product till today. The soup also has Vegetable Stock, Garlic, Spring Onion, Basil, Parmesan and usually 1/2 a cup of cream in it but the cream was off when I opened it so used Sour Cream instead.
