Mass Effect Legendary Edition (General Discussion)

My favorite Inquisitor voice is Sumalee, but Alix is great too. All Inkys were.
He still sounds very stilted in 2 to me, with a lot of times making the character seem like they don’t care about what’s happening.
MEA did a lot better job with Scott and Sara. While I prefer Sara, it’s not because of the acting but because they made her a bit of a nerd compared to her brother which I liked.

While I enjoy both, I've said it before - Meer gave the more solid performance overall. Not once did I go, "Why did you say it like THAT?" during my run with Sheploo. A bunch of times, especially in ME 2 and ME 3 did I really question why Hale delivered a line a certain way. I love Jennifer Hale; she's amazing and do enjoy a FemShep run. But there's just a handful of lines (not counting talking to Jacob) that make me just kinda go, "...Why did you say it like that?"

Really broke the immersion for me. Some were worse than others. People say that Meer wasn't great delivering the Paragon lines, but damn...I thought he sounded authentic as an Alliance Marine in some of those, like when telling Reeger to stand down. Loved also the "We could go back in and get you exiled, if you want?" tone from Tali's LM. I just laughed so hard when I heard him deliver that.

Of course she is. Look how well she voiced Samantha. Bioware liked her voice enough to be used for the dlc trailers released for DAI. It would be nice if her voice returned for ME4.

I dunno, maybe I'm weird, most videogame protagonist just blur together at this point. I generally prefer Meer but I love them both, they both have lines they deliver better than the other. Its kinda funny, you often read similar complaints for either of them, just from different people.

They really didn't have a whole lot to work with, especially as the series went along, so I appreciate the job they did, but other things took importance. You can tell there lines were written last, or with much less thought. The companion characters, the story, and the setting, are very much the focal point.

Yes, the Asari injecting so many drugs into me was terrifying, but then I began to smell my greatness! They may laugh when I fall over, but they don't know what I know in my head... that I know that I am amazingly powerful! Fear me.

It's funny to see all my Origin friends (who I found on these forums to play Anthem with) loggin in to play LE. Too bad there's no MELEMP for us to play.

I wish Bioware gave her more variety to work with though, instead of her doing the exact same voice for all of her roles with them. 

The FemShep GPS voice could be awkward. Its tone might sound so sexually charged that your wife gets mildly annoyed. 😆

I'd enjoy a FemShep GPS that yelled orders at me. "Turn right, on the double, mister!"

Ryder is pure 50/50 for me... both are just perfect and them being twins means its not one or the other really. Doesn’t hurt that their romances are as equal as well and get w chance to truly flourish.

I want more Ryder... Shepard got three games. Give two more with the awesome siblings damn it! 😤
