Mass Effect Legendary Edition (General Discussion)

Does the armor carry over in ME2 when playing New Game Plus? I'm asking, because there was a bug in ME2 on the PS3, which removed every piece of armor obtained throughout the game, if you started NG+ with a Shepard previously imported from ME1.

Tell that to the r/masseffect sub. Seems like at least once a day there is a post about this.

Yeah the only 2 big changes erally t othe L Ewere the update in graphics and handling in ME1 and the need of multiplayer in ME3. Other than that it's pretty much the same experience as before.

I hope I remember to try this by the time I get to Citadel DLC.

Just finished ME2. I did something I've never done before (thru dozens of playthroughs)...scanned every planet and ended up doing a number of side mission I had never encountered previously...it was kind of cool. I was a little disappointed there wasn't a completionist achievement for all that effort. I didn't notice any changes or overhaul to the P/R system...maybe it was just to subtle. Ready for ME3 now.

At this point they are most likely way past the point of giving a shit about something that is 9 years old.

When checking your war assets for the first time, see if you get 100 war assets for all that scanning you did in ME2. 

I don't really caer for the MP as I never reall yplayed it I used the N7HQ app to bump thereadiness up but as longas the MP doesn' tinterfere with how the single player works  then I don't mind i tbeing theras an option. As long as I'm free t oignoer i tand enjo ythe way the trilogy is now. Because a tleast now it's moer like how I wanted  ME3 to be like in the first place counting things tha tare done in single player not multiplayer. I am grateful I don' t need t oplay around with that app any more for the LE but I hope I don't have to go back to that.

So, while the last day or so it slid down quite a bit MELE has for a very long time been a top seller on Steam. In general I've heard people be more happy than upset (might be the circles I'm hanging around though). Would you guys say the remaster so far has been a very good step for Bioware, because I'm carefully optimistic that it's breathed some money and good pr into the company (or branch of company I guess).

Yeah it's always looked fun to play but I personally was never really any good at it but that's mainly because of my disability which was why I kind of cheated and just used the app t obump it up. But yeah I know you could get the best endings just by making sure you did everything but it did kind of bug me having this galactic readiness score staring me in the face every time I checked the war assets screen to see what I had done and/or collected. Thankfully the LE doesn' t have that and hopefully it won't return as I prefer having what I achieve in the single player stay in single player rather than be cut in half by some ridiculous readiness score to accommodate multiplayer.

I'll give you a hint. It never mattered.
