Is this a bug? After the heist and V is recovering, I put her clothes on and then suddenly I'm locked out of her clothing inventory. I have to choose the bandage wounded get up with no shoes. What's going on? I checked a streamer's vids of his PT and he isn't locked out. No idea, there was something iffy going on after the heist. My health was set to zero for a while and I had no clue about it's real value. After a few combat encounters it fixed itself. I have seen clothing being locked out during dialogue sequences and when you have to follow quest NPCs.

Either people rushed this game or I'm playing way to slow 22 hours in and haven't even met Silverhand.

Either people rushed this game or I'm playing way to slow 22 hours in and haven't even met Silverhand. I restarted yesterday with fem V. Really digged the relation with Jackie better than with male char. By the time the Silverhand thing happened I was like, OK, is this game over now? But it isnt. I think act 1 may be longest. About to wrap most trails in act 2 I guess. One path eliminated, another about too and the third is foreshadowing a finale.
Not sure what happens in act 3. Planning to do some side stuff and trading and crafting first though.
Doesn't seem so short from story- the main missions usually take me quite some time. Tho I got a smart sniper rifle now and that speeds things up considerably.

Either people rushed this game or I'm playing way to slow 22 hours in and haven't even met Silverhand. I am still at Act 2, one main mission left for it (maybe more open after, no idea) - 40ish hours or so. I stopped doing the radiant (respawning) police missions and focus on side jobs, gigs and the named police targets. There are loads of side jobs that keep opening in Act 2. Together with the gigs, it's a lot of content to clear up. There is almost nothing marked as "Very High" danger on the map (level 34), but even that is no problem anymore since I take out enemies without ever entering combat. The red skull ones just require more time to drop from my quickhacks. If I do only the main quests, I can see how I would have gotten to the part I am now in maybe 10 hours or less. And I think that's about 70% of the main story. Btw, Act 2 is the last one, no Act 3 after.

Either people rushed this game or I'm playing way to slow 22 hours in and haven't even met Silverhand. Have to progress the main story. I played over 30 hours, doing gigs, police stuff because I wanted to level up. I think the main story tell the player at some point they have to be at a certain level.

I'm presently pursuing one of the clues and did a rescue. Now off to find more clues but I'm leaving it aside to do more gigs etc to get more money. I'm tired of seeing the police baton or whatever that indicated minor crimes so I'll only pursue the skulls and other jobs. But if they're along my path, I'll do them.

Is there a reason we can't hack the police? I can understand if officers don't use implants (which clearly isn't the case, but whatever) so they are immune to hacking, but their drones are also impervious. Which gives me the options to either:
1. Fight them with guns/melee, which is pointless as it just ups my Wanted rating and spawns more police, plus guns are lethal if you are lower level without proper mods/implants. Not to mention that if you are heavily invested in Hacking, like me, you absolutely don't care about guns or gear and can be sitting around naked with your hands under your ass;
2. Run away, which is annoying since the game just keeps spawning aggroed police near you for no idea how long, as there is no timer or clue to tell you when or why this will stop. At least give me the option to buy them a doughnut as peace offering.

You need to break LOS and be far enough of them for a while (can't say how long). I never had them spawn around me so I can't say anything about that problem.

I was expecting to find Silverhand annoying, but right now I'm actually liking his involvement. Well not so much when had V smash her head on the window trying to kill her... But right now he's just an old geezer who has to comment on everything I do. By the way, I'm pretty sure the health not regenerating after finishing Act 1 is because Silverhand wants to kill you at the start of the "relationship". There is a timer beside your health. edit: saandrig playstyle looks awesome, totally different from my punching-tank. Either people rushed this game or I'm playing way to slow 22 hours in and haven't even met Silverhand. Some people don't want to do the side content (fixer gigs, side quests, NCPD stuff, etc) and you don't need to do those to finish the game unless you want to buy things. You can finish act 1 main story in like 3-4 hours (and the whole game in 15-20 hours). All the side content will still be there after you complete act 1, some also get Silverhand to comment on things if you do them after you "acquired" him.

I never had them spawn around me so I can't say anything about that problem. I don't have an issue with the police UNTIL the game forces it. First time was when I was trying to park my bike near a sidewalk and a NPC was spawned right in my face, hitting it slightly and getting a platoon of cops on me... which were ignoring the mugging and beating from three armed suspects just 30 meters away or so. Just saying. But the latter is probably not police business since they have outsorced it to me... 😑 The second time was the Delamain car quest where a car tries to kill me. Now I am on foot, a car is chasing me with obvious intent. I keep jumping over it to avoid (love double jump). But when I do the most harmless way of stopping it - punching, I repeat, punching a car that tries to run me over, suddenly everyone freaks out and the cops show up in droves... NCPD's finest, my ass. I am totally rooting for our overlords - the necro-technomancers of Alpha Centauri to finally take over. Btw, seems I finished Garry's quest. I will miss his ramblings.

I’m just imagining a netrunner casually knocking out mooks while eating a hawt dawg. Something similar happened to me, as you can imagine. I passed a drug dealer and stopped to check his stuff. He had some interesting things, like a breathing underwater pill (how the F does that work, eh?). Now I have been in water like twice in 30 hours (just finished one awesome, but a bit sad Judy quest about underwater), but decided to future proof. Unfortunately I was completely out of cash since I was coming out of a Ripperdoc and spent about 100k on upgrades... No worries, just at the nearby corner there were three gang members. I looked at them once and 5 seconds later they were all knocked out sleeping. I waltzed the 15 meters to them, grabbed their gear and sold it to the dealer for some pills and cash 😇

No idea what it might even look like. Posh suits? Pretty much. It’s basically whatever you see Jackie wearing if you’re male V, and a ladies’ suit jacket thing. In other news, I’ve been chasing down my motorcycle every time I leave a building, because it likes to spontaneously enter orbit.

In other news, I’ve been chasing down my motorcycle every time I leave a building, because it likes to spontaneously enter orbit. Mine runs me over once in a while, beeping loudly AFTER it hits me. I started dabbling in fist fighting after pretty much maxing Intelligence and Technical. Got me some Gorilla arms, but no points in Brawler yet (fists count as Blunt weapons, right?). First few fights went ok. Didn't have the heart to take anything from the stupid hombre who looked like getting regular earfuls from his pregnant wife. I was tempted by his car, but unfortunately there wasn't an option to pay extra and buy it - you take it or leave it. Pimp ride that was. Next guy was a sleazy slimeball and I actually pondered for a while if I should put a bullet in his head after I knocked him and his cronies out. Preferably with his own sniper rifle. Full of confidence I march into a gym to fight the most massive muscle chick I saw in this game. She is a great character, doing it for the sport, not the money. Seems to have a soft spot for her boss (whom, incidentally, I had quietly kidnapped 5 minutes ago from the same gym, but no one has noticed yet). All fights were easy so far and I will have no issues, right? Wrong! She hits like a truck, taking almost all my health in one charged attack. Had to do 5 or so tries until I beat her. Learned some good lessons about the borky melee distance (she looks too far away, but that punch will still count as good, even from 3 meters away), countering and dodging. Now I am afraid to go to the finals before pumping some points into Body and Brawler.

Which means none-lethal...until you hit something too hard and they hit something else or punch them again after they are down.

The one you get after heist? I found the key but how am I sposed to find the bike? NC is big. Press and hold the vehicle call button (on PC it's V by default) and choose the bike from the list. That’s the thing. If the bike glitches out, it won’t come to you. So far it hasn’t disappeared entirely, but it sure likes to relocate itself.

Which means none-lethal...until you hit something too hard and they hit something else or punch them again after they are down. Whoopsie 😂 I always throw a punch or two when the NPC goes on the ground. Because apparently they drop down when stunned and still have health to get up and attack again. Learned that the hard way. So you mean I might have accidentally killed some that way? I am innocent, I swear!

So you mean I might have accidentally killed some that way? I am innocent, I swear! When I say punching them on the ground, I mean after their health fell to 0. Not when they are knocked-out/stunned. You can still see them breathing or in pain and they don't stand up. Then you punch them again and they stop moving entirely. It's hard to say if they are now unconscious or really dead. I'm annoyed the scanner doesn't have a dead or alive status when that happens. But the dead/alive thingy is a bit random, I've seen defeated enemies still alive after getting shot by lethal weapons and one-shot killing people with a gorilla arm hit to the head (with a big puddle of blood under the corpse). Seems like headshot have more chance of lethality regardless of lethal/none-lethal weapon status while chest hit are more "safe".
