My specs: I physically purchased a HARD COPY of Dragon age Inquisition (DAI) end of last year, for my PLAYSTATION 4.
So far, I've finished 23% of the game (which, as most of you know, is A LOT of gaming hours). All of a sudden & randomly, a few days ago, I could not load any of saves. I've got about 10 saves, and none of them worked.
I would press "continue," the game seems like it's about to load, but then stops and goes to a PS4 blue screen with the error (snapshots attached).
Does anyone have a solution for this? I really don't want to re-start DAI from the beginning, nor do I want to stop playing it altogether.
Note: I tried a few other games, and they worked. So, it's only DAI giving me this problem.
Basically, I have no idea what to do, and am tremendously frustrated.
I even contacted EA directly regarding this issue, but they keep sending me generic suggestion regarding my Playstation 4 (even though I have mentioned thrice that my PS4 works great, is updated, and other games work perfectly on it).
Advice, suggestions, solutions would really be appreciated!

From Sony: CE-34878-0 An error has occurred with the application. Close the application, install the latest System Software and game updates and restart the system. If you have upgraded the Hard Disk Drive ("HDD") in your system, please re-install the original HDD. If the error occurs again, back up your saved data, and then go to Settings > Initialization and choose Initialize PS4. If the error occurs with every application, or as soon as the application starts, please contact PlayStation Support. A useful link. Seems unlikely, though not impossible, that all your game saves were corrupted. So following some of the above might work. Worth a try. I saw your post on EA forums ... like you say, EA "help" pretty much sucks.

Just a suggestion(s). Save your saves onto a usb drive. Uninstall DAI, then reinstall. Another way is try starting a new game with a new character to see if that makes a difference.
