I installed it and am going to test it now.

Edit: It works. Might be a good option if you like the dress from Kasumi's DLC.

The Dress dragontartare linked above (Kasumi Dress ported to Citadel DLC) doesn't appear to require "LE3 - Casino Dress Swap" (I don't see it listed as part of the install instructions), so that might be where the conflict is. Perhaps deactivating the "LE3 - Casino Dress Swap" mod will fix the issue.

What other mods do you have? I got a warning about texture mods when I installed this one, but I ignored it because I like to live on the edge.

Edit: Sundance31us That is correct. The mod I linked is a standalone. Maybe that is the issue.
