The Academy Awards last night was entertaining.
Will Smith lost his mind on world television, and battered Chris Rock without any consequences beyond the forever shame he will have to endure. Maybe a lawsuit later tho...
My thoughts - the Academy is a fucking joke. Their security failed so massively here, and they will be sued hard by Rock.
The security is a fucking joke - if either of these men had been white, security would have stepped in. Two black guys "want" to handle things themselves, that's cool. Some weird passive racism going on there.
Will Smith is a fucking joke. I am fragile as fuck, and I don't have an Nth of his resources, but what he did last night makes me look like Even Steven. This is called living in an echo chamber.
Chris Rock is a champ. The way he handled himself, pure professionalism.
Anyone wanting to take Will's side for "protecting" Jada and her "illness" - look in the damned mirror when thinking these thoughts. Understand that nobody dies from alopecia, it doesn't make you sick. Wigs exist, and rich people can afford amazing ones.
