Just announced today, Henry Cavill is going to be making a Warhammer 40K series for Amazon. What's more he's going to be an executive producer for the show.

I'm leery of Amazon, especially with the streaming pile of trash that was Rings of power which took a complete dump on Tolkien's lore... However, if Cavill is in charge, it gives me hope that this could be really good.

The fact that Henry Cavill is a massive 40K fan, and that he has positioned himself in a commanding role gives me hope that he will be able to stop or at least minimize any of the attempts by writers/directors who either don’t understand the setting; or who detest it and want to ‘fix’ it with their own brand of ideology.

I don't think that GW will allow Amazon to mess around with Warhammer 40k. One good thing I can say about GW is that they're VERY protective over their IP's
