commonunknowns on tumblr pointed out that there are scratches on the chair and on the floor, likely from Assan. At this point i'm 100% sure that the dungeon is Taash's room and the other one is Davrin's.

To be fair, others noticed it first. It's very strong evidence but not conclusive. It is possible that room is used as a smithy anyway, so one can argue that any character could appear there. But the stronger evidence is that Davrin's room has windows that could show the dawn (if they weren't in the Fade/Crossroads) which supports the room with all the monster elements being his.

Given Trick's explanation on Varric's usage in the reveal trailer, seemingly confirming she's not non-binary, and the official side using a female pronoun to refer to her, it appeared she isn't non binary.

It'd be also weird if this actually related to her personal quest and they'd have spoiled it like this.

Perhaps it is force of habit. The VA is non-binary so perhaps it was a case thinking one thing whilst talking about another. It is easily done.
