Sara Ryder 'SisRyder' (Official Thread)

It's been indicated that humans will become a bit more homogenized as far as eye and skin color in the future, as well as some general physical changes to the body. I can get behind people being "less white" in a futuristic game, but that aside, the CC still allows a choice in skin tone and eye color. Makes it a bit of a moot point.

You will definitely be able to make your Ryder's eyes blue if you want. Or pink, even.

The CC presets were face scans of real people. Hard to tell how many of them are caucasian, but at least a couple. I'm really pleased with the asian Saras -- I may actually play as my own race for a change. I also felt that the face color choices didn't get as pale as they did in the past. Shepard could be almost translucent/albino, but that doesn't seem to be an option any more. That's a shame for the very fair-skinned people who want to make PCs that look like themselves. We should all get to make characters that look like us if we want. EDIT: There also don't seem to be super dark skin tones either. I wonder if there is a technical reason that very pale and very dark skin isn't present?

Also, still waiting for the Sara trailer. They're probably polishing her face madly because they have to please the Sara fans and win over the "Sara is ugly" crowd.

I just had to log in and write that FINALLY Bioware did asian faces right! I'm totally gonna love making my Ryders a bit mixed with more asian features !!

I agree! Although I thought asian Hawke worked reasonably well in DA2. Andromeda does it better.

you cant customize default sarah, i am so mad about it   why bioware, seriously why?

agreed. it's like they mostly have this kind of bland-ish, military like tone without too much emotion or personality. mea male voice seems to be kind of same way


agreed. unfortunately i'm stuck with male options since i'm going after m/m romance options. i hope well get to see/hear the other twin enough through the playthrough

do we know who the male romance options are for Sara Ryder?

I'm guessing Liam will be one of them, but there has to be more than that, right?

If Jaal ends up bi, he'll be an option too. No idea about the rest. Liam is not my interest at all at the moment. He used to be, but somehow I see too much Kaidan in him for my linking now. Not interested in Jaal too. Gil seems to be locked.

As far as I know none of Sara's romances have been confirmed yet unlike Scott's where we've had 2. Hopefully Sara's trailer when it comes will at least confirm one of hers.
