It's significantly better than the Dragon Age Franchise, and a bit better than the Mass Effect franchise. Also better than Jade Empire. It's kinda one of the only halfway decent things they made in relatively recent times, and .0000001% better than KOTOR.
I mean it's extremely "Bioware" to be honest it's like pure Bioware whereas Dragon Age is all Tolkien half-assedness and ME is Babylon 5/Star Control/Star Trek half-assedness and Star Wars is.... Star Wars.
All their other things were crammed with autistic fan-fic whereas Sonic at least remained relatively pure "gamers" game (being, well, based on Sonic).
And I mean really it's better than any Sonic game.

My brothet has this game...too bad it's not going to be followed up with a sequel, considering it is decent.
