Hmm, I know how you feel. But on Twitter they did say they were still delivering on the things they promised in their earlier announcement (in terms of patches, improvements),  not sure if that includes story DLC, but maybe.

I'm disappointed if there is not going to be a sequel at all, or if they just decide to forget Andromeda ever happened and shelve ME. I'm trying to just wait and see, the rumors might be overblown, or they might just be restructuring and don't have a plan for ME yet. It certainly has sapped my enthusiasm though.

Me too,  its kind of stopped my current PT in its tracks.  I wish that BW would clarify the situation. 

I feel bad for BioWare, these articles are flying around, and they probably can't confirm or deny anything for now, when nothing is geenlit yet. I remember it was similair with DAI, they wouldn't talk about a sequel, and I think still aren't admiting it's a thing yet, despite lots of hints something is in development. So yeah, I'm trying to be hopeful that it's too soon for decisions like that, and reporters/fans are jumping the gun.

Ultimate squad, hmm. I like the Jaal/PB combo, and I occasionally dragged around Drac and Vetra. If Reyes was a squadmate, I'd probably do like I did in the trilogy, where first pick was always just Garrus and everybody else rotated in.

Depends what new characters we could get in a sequel.

I liked Sarissa... I did keep her on as the Asari Pathfinder.

I don't think they are done with ME(A) and DLC can be done with a smaller team. Don't despair.

Now, to lighten the mood, hopefully.

I agree. BioFan on Twitter made a thread saying that no one should panic and that it is normal for this to happen, but I don't like the implications. Mass Effect: Andromeda, make no mistake, had a lot of problems, but I enjoyed it for what it was. I loved Persona 3 and 4, but they take forever to "get the ball rolling" because they require ample set up. It might be a poor analogy, but I felt the same way with ME: A. The story of Andromeda feels like it's just getting started and dropping it won't all of a sudden give us a high quality "true successor to the OT."

I wish they could drop some hints about DLC coming this way or anything- I really feel like Reyes could have a big part to play in Ryder's dlc narratives and honestly, I need to know more about the continuation of Ryder Family Secrets.
