Just did Reyes romance today on my second Ryder. For as short as it was, I loved it. I really liked Reyes on my first playthrough and adore him even more now I've romanced him.



A couple of romancey pictures. Sadly couldn't get a good one of the dance, their faces were just glitch-smooshed into each other in the final part of it. Loved that scene but I think I'd love it more had the animations been made for them specifically. Didn't stop me enjoying the scene however.

Same Here. My plan was Gil but I felt it was just not clicking for me, then I met Reyes and my heart was stolen. The best character so far that's not part of the tempest for sure.

Yep I agree. Here's hoping for more content for him in whichever form is possible, dlc or future game.

Cannot wait to meet him. I have some ideas for fan work, but my Ryder is currently enjoying

Agreed,the flirt options flow more better with him than other characters. I think it also helps that they are during a mission, because the flirting matches in with what's going on at the moment and Reyes' responses. I do like him more than a few Tempest characters too.

No. You definitely lock the romance in. I believe the line that does it is something along the lines of "I want you, only you" when the other choice is it's over.

That's just not fair. I want Jaal AND Reyes. *Pouts*

I've experienced a similar bug. I'm still able to lock in a romance with Peebee (even though I never flirted with her and the only time i did anything w/ her was casual nsa hookup in the escape pods bc why not), and also Gil asked me to be his guy, which (after I kissed him) denied him becuase I wanted Reyes. And Reyes did end up showing up at the end as my confirmed love interest. It just makes me wonder what would happen if i had confirmed w/ either gil or peebee. I think the romance flags are bugged. 

Where is this relationship codex? I read about it but certainly couldn't find one or anything about Reyes.

When you go to codex press, "The Journey so far", then press "a crew like no other" and look for romantic entanglements. Mine says a mini summary and the line "you're in an exclusive relationship" with Reyes.

You and me both. I did like the sweet ending, and although I understand why Bioware didn't give us as much depth or as many scenes as what a squadmate romance gets, seeing as you can avoid Reyes completely in the playthru, calling it a real romance still feels off IMO, regardless that you can 'lock it in'. He is definitely a character I would love to see some DLC for, so let's keep hoping!

On a side note, I had Liam or Jaal in mind before I started playing.. even did the flirtyflirts with both, but damn, I got to Kadara, heard Nicholas Boulton's voice combined with watching Reyes swagger away/wink and I was done for.
