Vampyr, Syberia III, Kingdom Come Deliverance, MEA are some of the titles I've in mind for 2017. None of which I'll buy immediately however. I'll be depending on Twitch streams to make a decision.

The game I'm most looking forward to in 2017 is easily Dawn of War 3.
I'm also very interested in Inquisitor: Martyr, Vampyr and Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

For sure: Nioh Yakuza 0 Torment: Tides of Numenera Nier: Automata Persona 5 (already played the JP version and it was fantastic, have no problem supporting Atlus USA) Yooka-Laylee Trails in the Sky the 3rd South Park: The Fractured But Whole The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild(unless Wii u version is delayed)
Interested: Horizon:Zero Dawn God of War 4 Last of Us 2
Might get: Resident Evil 7 Mass Effect Andromeda
Other games either fall into probably, will not, only get on sale, only get if mod fixes censorship or in Cold Steel 3s case, might import.

Looking forward to Torment Tides Of Numenera in February 2017. This wasn't even on my radar until a few days ago, I think the idea of having different choices to solve quests and having companions is a big plus. I really hope there is some basic explanation on the lore though because I haven't played the previous game. Otherwise I might end up jumping in the deep end and hate it because it was all too complicated. We'll see. Looking forward to Andromeda in March 2017.
After March 2017, hmm.. nothing has caught my eye. I'm excited for The Banner Saga 3, Cyberpunk 2077, Tales From The Borderlands 2 (a sequel should be made Telltale! ) but these probably won't appear in 2017.

Looking forward to Torment Tides Of Numenera in February 2017. This wasn't even on my radar until a few days ago, I think the idea of having different choices to solve quests and having companions is a big plus. I really hope there is some basic explanation on the lore though because I haven't played the previous game. Torment: Tides of Numenera actually has nothing to do with Planescape: Torment. It's just a "spiritual successor". The setting for Numenera is actually Earth, though in the far, far future. Like a billion years. Over those eons, eight times civilization has risen to the highest levels to development, and departed (died out, left, ascended to higher planes, who knows?) The current state of the world is known as the Ninth World. Still medieval in tech, but sitting atop the remains of eight super-hi tech civilizations. Even the earth and air is saturated with nanomachines. Of course, no one knows how to really use any of these relics 9collectively called "numenera")and a lot of it is malfunctioning even if it is working (it's millions of years old, after all) So people just sorta tinker and repurpose the stuff for their own uses. The basic storyline is: There's this guy called The Changing God who has achieved a form of immortality by using numenera to create new bodies and transferring his consciousness into one when he's done with the body he's currently using (or she, The Changing God has used male and female bodies). The thing is, these bodies, once cast aside, become sapient in their own right. Hundreds or more of these Castoffs have been used and abandoned over the centuries. Your character is The Last Castoff, the most recent body to be discarded by the Changing God. And you have, in a sense, inherited a degree of the Changing God's baggage. In particular an ancient...being? Force? Creature? Whatever it is is known as The Sorrow and it is determined to kill the Changing God and all his progeny. More details on the setting and the story: torment.inxile-entertainment.com/game/about/four-pillarsEdit: My current avatar is the male Last Castoff from the Early Access

Torment. I have high hopes. I really enjoyed the beta.Interesting settings , interesting game mechanics, choices matters , sometimes you even have to *gasp* think to figure something out... I didn't enjoy the fighting, haven't tried the last build but it was still glitchy this Summer.
Hopefully the overall quality won't take a nosedive past the starting zone.

For me it's gonna be: -Torment- Tides of Numeneria (playing Planescape Torment this year was certainly an enlighting experience) -ME:A -Divinity Original Sin 2 -Unreal Tournament 4 (if it gets anywhere close to be ready) -Dawn of War 3 (fans complain that it looks too much like Starcraft 2, I have no problem with it looking like SC2 as it is the best RTS since Westwood's fall)

For me my 2017 looks like this:
WILL BUY
- Mass Effect Andromeda (I am trying not to pre-order but probably will when I get hyped over new story/char info). - Detroit: Become Human (if this is released) - Marvel v. Capcom Infinite
MIGHT BUY
- Injustice 2 (didn't play the first one that long, so may wait on a sale) - Uncharted 4 (I know it's 2016 but seems worth a playthrough when it hits $20) - Vampyr (need way more info)
WILL WATCH ON YOUTUBE
- Walking Dead Season 3 - Resident Evil

Scalebound has been officially canceled. www.gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2017/01/09/microsoft-cancels-platinum-39-s-scalebound.aspxI'm sad because it looked fun, and also sad because at this point I"m just hanging on to my xbox one for backwards compatibility, Cuphead, and We Happy Few. Microsoft can only pump out so many Gears of War and Halos and Forzas. People need more. Sony has exclusives from just about every genre out there. MS is fighting a losing battle.

I'm currently preoccupied with the games I still haven't gotten around to from last year, but to mention a few:
Torment Horizon Zero Dawn Detroit: Become Human Mass Effect Andromeda
There are a couple other ones I'm either unsure about or have forgotten.

I'm looking forward to getting Persona 5 again, this time with the English voices.
Other than that
Yakuza 0 - I can't wait to play as Majima, break dancing thugs to death
NieR - Loved the demo, love 2B, love Platinum, loved the music, loved the previous game, love all of it
Nioh - Beta was so much fun
Fractured But Whole - First game was excellent made by Obsidian whose games I love. Worried that Ubisoft is at the helm for this though.
Hellblade - Hope it comes out and and I loved Enslaved though not Donte May Cry, but it feels closer to the former.
Gwent
Crash Remake
Yooka Laylee
Planescape Torment
