I told someone today I'd finish the Witcher 3 today. Because I thought the battle of Kaer Morhen and the fight with the crones was the end. *laughs at self mockingly* This is the game that never ends. It has peaks and valleys and goes on and on as big as the earth. I have to do Dragon Age RPG tabletop stuff now. *shakes fist at TW3* someday. Someday! |

Actually, I've changed my mind about Lambert. He was angry about the life stolen from him and the loss of friends to the trials. And judging what Uma went through... Geralt lost emotions but Lambert didn't. Possibly the loss of emotions is a benefit from you look at Lambert But Lambert had my back when we were both trying to keep Ciri from the Wild Hunt at Kear Morhen. He didn't flinch and he was super helpful. Then he truly mourned the loss of Vesemir. He's a bit of a complicated character, like Yennifer. Except, I kinda like him more than Yennifer |

The degree to which Witchers lost emotions is up to interpretation, as per Sapkowski. He plays with this and so does CDPR. For all we know, Geralt might have full emotion like any human.

So... that was... Illuminating? Apparently I somehow missed that Ehmyr wanted me to find Cirilla so he could abdicate the throne and give it to her? and some sort of Trade Corporation won't deal with Ehmyr? And Sigi was very interested in this and so gave me Phillipa. Another case of the Protaganist knowing more than I do by a long shot. When it came up as a dialogue option, I was like...what does this even mean? Is it a lie? but then I guess it's true. Crazy stuff. Makes me like Ehmyr more. |
