Jaal Ama Darav (Official Thread)

No idea lol but Sara/Jaal had some upgrades too it seems. I won't get there for weeks. I am doing a very long and thorough playthrough. I just thought it was due to him and Scott's height difference to be honest.

FINALLY got to watch the full m/m and do a *very* quick Sara play-through to see the differences. I was kind of worried from many comments that one was going to be 'better' than the other.

I chose the same dialogue choices on Sara as in the Scott vids (where people were saying that its more romantic) and I would have to say, with the tweaks, I disagree.

They are different enough, but VERY much of the same quality, and with the same emotion/ genuine love. Jaal feels like he falls just as deep for both of them.  He just handles it differently between Scott and Sara. Scott being more upfront I think forces Jaal out of his shell faster, as there is less guesswork/ fear of rejection. He is more comfortable talking about attraction because he knows where Scott is coming from. Jaal is slower with Sara because she isn't direct, and I think he is scared to have his heart broken again.



I think the people who are worried should be open to actually playing through Sara again (it was mostly Sara's I heard worried). The slight tweaks really improved the experience.

It was people trying to stir up stuff most likely (saw a lot of it on YouTube last night). I love both for how unique they are and wouldn't trade one for the other for anything.

I feel bad for the "Let's Play" people. They get some nasty stuff in the comments section. I saw a discussion go from attacking face animations, to a debate about the romances, to a debate about religion and then a debate about Trump.  MEA? What's MEA?

HAHA! XD WOW talk about segways upon segways! Who could have thought Mass Effect was into world affairs?!


I tend to ghost YouTube, so I don't even stick around to read comments the majority of the time, so I miss all this drama! TBH I'm almost exclusively Reddit and this forum when it comes to opinions and the like

Yeah it would be boring if they were exactly the same and like this you can see the love crafted into the Scott romance. There are bits and pieces from each where I can't decide what I like more. I do love how aggressive Scott is though, guy knows what he wants. The Angara direct line was perfect imo.
