You need to upload it on a image hosting site, then post the link to it here. 
The site might provide you with a specific link for forum sharing, or you can use a direct link, click the Insert Image button above the text box here and paste it in the Image url box. 
I usually use postimages.org. But there is also Imgur.com and all sorts of other sites out there.
Or that's how I understand it at least. 

That's because you're trying to share the folder. You need to click on each photo, click the arrow at the bottom, select the BBCode tab and copy the link from there and post it here.
Below you can also select sizes before copying the link, which is quite handy.

Personally I've also found it a good habit to spoiler tag pictures if you are posting many of them. Like the top can be non spoiler so it catches the eyes, then put the rest in spoiler tags so the page doesn't end up going on forever.
Granted this is a picture thread, but something to keep in mind if you're posting pictures in other threads.

And your Shep looks lovely. Can see why Kaidan falls for him.

Aw thanks! That's my favorite pic of him too haha. I tried to get some mid conversation for the expressions. Just got to ME2 so ill have to take some from there too. I tried my best to base him off of myself haha. My "canon" playthrough always is. And thinking of it, I've seen so few other black Shepards lol.
