So, you did get a car, but it's the company's board's car as it were and it get's bad mileage. |

Hey everybody!
Some of you might recognize me as Miserybot from the original BSN. I joined there from the start of 2016, and now that it's prepped for shutdown, I've been looking for an alternative. I've already signed up for a couple other sites, but since I've only heard good things about this place, I decided to check it out. It looks as though a good majority of the original community has migrated here, and I've heard Cyonan is a trusted member.
I don't know what the best option is right now, but until BSN is officially shut down, I can't dedicate my time to any particular community. For now, I'll be hanging back. I hope that's fair.

Hope this forum "wins" the BSN exodus. I think it will be strong with the ME MPer community which is why I have picked it, hopefully the SPer community will come here as well so new members bleed over into MPer.
It needs to get better results in Google searches though. At the moment Cassandra Saturns forum is the only new one popping up when I search. If all goes well, this could end up being a very good thing as some of censorship over at the official Bioware forums was ridiculous. But I feel it will need to continue to attract new members over time to replace old ones who dip out and that is why the google search is so important.

Hi. Apparently this is where I put a mini BSN(old) bio: I joined back in 2009 for one game or another, but didn't bother posting (or really pay attention to it) until ME3 came out. I mostly stuck to the multiplayer section, where I maintained a lofty 1 post per 4 days average, and I may just bring that same level of enthusiasm here. Nice! I think I averaged less than .3 posts per day myself, lol. I signed up for the ol' BW board a few days after ME3 came out. Been mostly lurking/annoying others since. Thanks for making a place to keep track of the ME:A news! *Just realized I need to make a new avatar. Hold on while I kick my dog..... Kidding, kidding..... sorta. |

Hey, I'm an old BSNer that joined in 2007 as a lurker in the NWN and KotOR forums, trying to learn how to mod. Mass Effect was my first foray into shooters, and ME3MP was definitely an eye opener for me.
I have played with almost all of you PCers. I am glad this place is here, mostly as now there is a community whose opinion I will trust when it comes to deciding whether or not to buy Andromeda.
I still play this game, rage quits are common.

I'm Grinch ... Grinch57 on Origin, just Grinch on Steam. PC gamer ... mostly have moved to RPGs. ME3MP was my first multiplayer. I sucked. A lot. But reading stuff put out by Cyonan, Peddroelms, Korlis (sp?) and lots of others helped me suck a lot less.
DR (DragonRacer13) has been dragging me into various forums since 2012 ... I made her laugh with my stupid jokes ... so there you have it.
Looking forward to MEA, plus any data mining Cyonan might do. Also hoping SeasonedTurtle will join in and create a character builder for MEAMP.
And I really appreciate the recreation of the community formerly known as BSN. Thanks Cyonan.

It seems some quality people have made the choice to join this new community, not the least of which is the guy who decided to tackle this whole thing. Thanks for taking this on, Cyonan. It's appreciated. I hope we are able to really bring the community to life. I'm Element Zero, the same name with which I've been active in the BioWare Forums of late. For years before the recent change, I was known as "tallrickruush", an ancient and universal internet handle I was ready to cast aside. I tend to come and go, as other obligations, health concerns, and the like require my attention. I hope that this community will become the place I can go for deep, energetic discussion of all things Mass Effect. For all its warts and oddities, the BSN has always been that. Hopefully, we can keep that going here in this new home. LoL, you took my previous name. Yeah? I was surprised it was open when I snagged it. I had wanted Eezo, but it was taken by a member who'd joined years ago and never made a single post. I was glad it was available here, so BSN friends could easily find me. |
