Alrightie a question to the men and women out there. How do you react to a partner or a potential partner expressing contempt for other cultures, races, nations, etc? I mean it done in jest, or condensention. Unless if you roll with more extreme folks anyway, which is cool too! We all had our wild days. I mean we don't have to be politically correct here in the new forum...not to the same extent as the last anyway, so speak your mind on this. To ask this in another way: If they crack a slightly racist joke does it result in a ten minute long tangent about how that ain't PC or whatever? I do not do the politically correct thing. If the joke is funny, then I laugh. Even if it's against my people. There really isn't enough humour in the world. And the ways things are going we need more Fred and George Weasleys and fewer Petunia Dursleys.

All forums should have this thread. So here it is again. Don't be shy. Ask away. First question Do you prefer puppies or kittens? Given my past experience of having 11+ stray cats using my yards as their personal john, I'd say kittens are far worse than puppies for what they eventually turn into.

Here's a question for the men AND women: you enjoy your partner to be stupid or intelligent? (c'mon you KNOW some people really enjoy a dumb partner- I've seen it too many times) -I like my men intelligent, and I married one Intelligence and erudition are characteristics I tend to respect in people, but tbh neither are first things I look in a partner. I once heard an anecdote that if two people have a difference of two sigma or greater in IQ, it is very likely that they will not get along nor understand each other in anything. For me something like that applies in relationships as well. A vastly superior intelligence is equally unfit as dumb as a rock. Luckily I am comfortable at the middle at the bell curve in that one, so this is rarely an issue. An education is a different matter though. Again I appreciate it, but it's not essential. Actually my happiest relationship was with this working class girl, whom didn't care too much for academia, but our temperaments matched in a way that it wasn't bothersome (intelligence wise I'd say equal or very close to myself, one way or other, but not just very educated).

Contempt for other cultures: Literally required for me to want to stick my dick in you Contempt for other races: Unless you're Asian or a reptilian infiltrator, you're not allowed to do this without being an idiot Contempt for other nations: Depends on the nation, but typically i'm down with this because America is #1 and if you think otherwise you're a dirty commie Racist jokes/PC bullshit: PC is a cancer on the world, and a potential partner humoring it in any way is instantly not a potential partner anymore

One of my ex-gfs actually made jokes about women being in the kitchen like all the time(she was also a chef, so she did actually spend a lot of time in there). So long as my slightly offensive jokes don't result in them giving me a 10 minute lecture on how that ain't PC, then I can generally get along just fine with that person.

I can't pick between kitten and puppies, but for real, if I HAD to, kittens. I'm a cat person but I adore dogs, I just dont' speak their language fluently. Here's a question for the men AND women: you enjoy your partner to be stupid or intelligent? (c'mon you KNOW some people really enjoy a dumb partner- I've seen it too many times) -I like my men intelligent, and I married one As long as theyre like... less silly than I am im fine with it so I like women who are more intelligent than me really

I actually enjoy people with an acidic and offensive sense of humor. There's a difference between a joke and going off on a hate-fueled rant.

I need my partner to have good morals... any contempt for any group of people isnt something I like in a partner... if its a friendly joke it isnt so bad... but if its a mean joke about a group of people... that isnt ok, and I wont be happy with them... if she does it often and show that its maybe more than just making jokes if they make offensive jokes a lot... potentially a deal breaker for me... it depends on the humor.. if its a dirty joke im ok with absolutely anything that can be said ever and probably made worse jokes myself BUT if its offensive/racist/sexist etc that ISNT ok

... I mean we don't have to be politically correct here in the new forum...not to the same extent as the last anyway ... You got it, a little intelligent political incorrectness is unlikely to cause any trouble. But if it strays into hatred / abuse, I guess we'll discover where the line is quite quickly EDIT: Ah I see @cyonan has already been by, good we're in the same place.

Straight guy here: neither/maybe slightly to tomboys. Appearance wise it would be tomboys since I do not find dresses, skirts, high heels, and jewelry to be appealing. A simple shirt and jeans/shorts/pants looks good to me.
Mentally: neither. Someone either too girly or too tomboyish is something I could not deal with.

Intelligent vs dumb: Prefer the former but don't mind the latter unless it's to the point where she'd walk into a door if someone wasn't there to stop her. Girly vs tomboyish: Definitely girly, but again not cartoonishly so. Offensive jokes: fuck yeah. If she's professionally offended she can PC her ass out the door.
New question: if the first date's not so hot do you give them a second chance? I would unless it was really FUBAR. Like she mentions she's reading Mein Kampf. Or Twilight.
