Fair enough mate, you make a good point. But you could have been less hostile about it. It's not like I was determined to spoil for my sis, just that I was concerned and came looking for some advice. D'awwww! You're a sweet brother to want to look out for your sister. She's lucky to have you. Haha Thanks, though I admit I can get overprotective. But even in video games it hurts to see my sis' lovers betray and try to kill her.

I'm guessing that like me your sister is attracted towards elves. However, if she isn't in the habit of talking to people or completing their personal quests (which seems likely in view of what happened with Zevran and Fenris), then she may not even make it as far as getting the full Solas romance. I'm pretty sure you only get the balcony scene after you have done his personal quest and you only get that if his approval is high enough, but other people may need to confirm that since you only need to talk to him (a lot) to raise his approval and I have never failed to get the balcony scene as a friend even with my pro-Chantry, Templar loving Inquisitor (not an elf). When I did romance Solas (my first run), it did leave me feeling somewhat depressed but that was because it was too close to home with regard to being betrayed in real life. Anyway, I thought "stuff you Solas", immediately started a new run and romanced Dorian, which mended my broken heart.
I've never had Zevran betray me (whether romanced or not) and never had Fenris betray me (whether romanced or not) but I always take an active interest in my companions, talk to them and complete their personal quests.

Oh, that's a good point. If she indeed does not talk to the companions enough, and does not do their quests, her romance will not progress past initial flirts. But I assume she did flirt some already, so may interpret it as romance?

Sounds like your sister has a thing for elves lol
But no don't tell her, you might ruin the experience for her!
If she wants blood she can always curse at him or assault him or even choose to stop kill him to stop him in Trespasser
Also I agree with Gileadal, any real life boyfriend will probably need to be kicked out lol lol

I know this thread is a few days old and the fateful moment may have already come for your sister, but I will respond anyway.
I didn't vote, as a firm yes/no doesn't fit with my view. I've read through the thread and you haven't really stated exactly how your sister has handled those previous two romances. Was she utterly devastated? When it happened with Fenris, was it even worse because it happened again?
YOU are the person that knows your sister the best, not any of us. Only you will know if experiencing the Solas romance will be truly crushing, or she will be able to laugh it off -- "Haha... damn, my luck sucks." Will she want to play the game again and try for someone else? Will this taint the whole DAI experience? These are the things you need to ask yourself.
If you do decide to tell her, I don't think you have to lay everything out in a huge spoiler bomb. You might reference her experience with Zevran and Fenris. Perhaps raise a hypothetical about Solas. OR maybe not even name Solas directly, but just say, "Man, wouldn't it suck if that happened in the third game, too?" See how she reacts. If she specifically asks for an explanation, then elaborate some more. If she shrugs it off, then say nothing.
Every person is different. Just because the players who might rather have known about the Solas romance didn't post here, doesn't mean they don't exist. I'm not going to bother telling you what I would want, if it were me, as that doesn't matter to who your sister is or what she wants.
