I wander if three social skills in NWN - Persuation, Intimidation and Bluffing - are worth to put points into.
Persuation is obvious - you will get better rewards, some additional information and such.
Now, are Intimidation and Bluffing worth it? I read they were added in expansions, so I guess they aren't useful in OC at all, right (or did they also add new dialogue lines for OC)? What about SoU and HoU? Are they useful there?

Persuade can be quite useful in the three official modules. But I wouldn't go out of my way to make a char persuasive unless you have the skill points to spare. The OC has no Intimidate or Bluff checks. SoU & HotU don't have many either. In fact, I struggle to think of a handful. Tidbit: Intimidate (4) is a pre-req for Weapon Master. But yeah, social skill checks just don't make much of an impact in official content, not even monetarily. You will be so rich it's like who cares. In user-made campaigns/adventures, it depends. Mostly, it's just fluff and flavor like the official stuff. But then there is stuff like Swordflight that should impress you if this sort of thing is what you look for. Lots of checks and they matter more than, "Oh, here is +10 GP and a fenberry." Check out my blog for more info on NWN and its rich modding scene. It's called lilura1.

Generally, the potential benefit of social skills is determined by the designer(s) of the environment that you are venturing through whether it is content created by the Bioware staff or the community at large.
Persuade is the most common skill check used in convos. It can serve as a "shortcut" path towards a toon achieving a goal, often by bypassing combat and sometimes to gain information or items that would otherwise be unobtainable. Occasionally, it can be used to shift your toon's alignment. Bluff is used in a similar fashion. When convos focus on social interactions, they can offer multiple check opportunities so usually only one skill is worth boosting, if at all.
Intimidate is unique in that it serves multiple purposes. The social aspects, of course, but also as a prereq for Weapon Master and to affect the DC of the Terrifying Rage feat.
Fortunately, none of these skills require training so oft times, just boosting your CHA via gear and/or buffs is enough to win the related skill checks. Classes that focus on CHA like bard and sorc typically have the most to gain by a modest investment in those skills because they are empowered to win the toughest checks. Some races are poorly suited by their intrinsic bias, like half-orcs and dwarves. If you want to build a charismatic character to deal best with the NPC community, choose one that is not penalized by virtue of their heredity.
The bottom line answer to your question is, unfortunately, that you really won't know until you have played through at least a portion of the module/campaign whether social checks have been implemented. It is quite common for players to create a "test toon" based on a very diverse skill set (like a rogue or bard) just to get a feel for their surroundings before venturing in earnest.

Thanks for your answers! I don't know about fan-made modules, but I'm definitely going to play official expansions. The problem is that social skills in videogames (I have played) are usually useless or the only useful one is persuation.
Alright, I'll see what kind of character I want to create and whether or not is he going to use his charisma.
