What choice do you regret most?

The thing i felt really bad about was on Elaaden and i came across Scavengers that were friendly until i searched a nearby crate,one of them shouted "They are stealing our stuff" and turned hostile,i felt quite guilty for killing them and taking their stuff.

Triggering the AI detector in Knight's lab, having to fight her colleagues and consequently having the sniper shoot her in the Nexus. Her last words broke me.

Nothing. Those two choices are screaming Dlc/Sequel-consequences though. I left both alive in hopes that i may be able to negotiate with the Kett in MEA2. ^^

I sort of wished maybe I hadn't shot Akksul because Jaal looked so sad about it. After the fact I looked up outcomes of each choice. It looked slightly better by not shooting him though, honestly, his hatefest wasn't useful to anyone.

For me, saving the salarian pathfinder. I regretted it so much I had to reload an auto save, I made the better choice the second time

Not banging Liam. Didn't want to romance him on my first playthrough, but the boy looks good without his shirt on. I didn't realize Ryder could love him and leave him (and still end up with Reyes♡).

Also regret a lot of my dialogue choices. The lack of saves during critical missions meant that I didn't get to reload 12 dozen times to perfect the scene. Ryder ended up cursing way more than I would have liked.

No regrets about the choices themselves, except I really wish that is possible to save the awesome Salarian pathfinder without upsetting Drack (because my Ryder would never do anything to upset her Krogan grandpa).

I'm waiting for some patches (To finish the game at 100% because right now some missiones task can't be completed) then I will play the New Game + and finally making the turian pathfinder xD It is the only choice I regret xD I though It was bad that I make him be a pathfinder if he doesn't want but no... In this game the Free Will is bad! xD

But the one that I had a big regret was to save Sloane. My last save was from 5 hours early, and I replayed everything again. I still don't like letting Sloane be killed in front of me and do nothing, but Reyes is clearly the best option for the outpost at least.

Not lying to that Angaran astronomer. Now he hates my guts. Fuck.

And here I thought he'd come to appreciate my honesty and we could become boyfriends best friends ;__;

Killing Akksul. Even hours down the line I was contemplating on going back to change that. But I never do that in a first playthrough so I didn't.

Not giving the AI to the Angarans.
