What's the new meta for tactical cloak abuse?

Combat cloak rank 6B is complete garbage and bugged, it gives you the full cooldown everytime, basically the only choice I would consider is between movement speed or duration.

I thought it was working as intended?

With 6B evo of 2 seconds damage boost option,

if you break it with damage bonus you always get full recharge penalty.

If you manually turn it off.. you still get shorter cooldown time.



So this is another glitch?



I found escape expert evo kinda useless..
because while you are cloaked you don`t regenerate shield but your shield recharge time still applies which means you start recharging as soon as you get out of cloak. 

Combat cloak CD issue was broken, is now fixed.

Damage, Duration, Combat is my always.

Your shield recharge CD doesn't reset when you break cloak like it did in ME3. So usually your shields will be able to regenerate the moment you break stealth, unless you take damage again (which gethadept stated in different words as I typed this). This, combined with the human fitness 5a talent (if you sacrifice an ability), makes shield recharge while cloaked quite underwhelming compared to shots 2+ doing 80% more damage.

Also, as far as I know, the only way to get sticky grenades to get their damage bonus is by timing breaking cloak so that they explode during combat cloak.

I went duration for device objective, but it probably will feel useless now if I take out my infiltrator again..

You can spec out if tactical cloak entirely if you got one of those female characters in your reward packs. Spec into Sammich Making on her.

I disagree. It sill works for me, and the bonus is worth it.

I posted that on 3 April before the fix. It now works fine and won't give the full cooldown
