Seeing how you readily invalidate anything that not fits into your view with "the scientific, medical, genetic advancements in MEU" is a no way to have a discussion. Because otherwise anyone can come up with any bullshit however illogical, unlikely or out of context it is, claim that "With the scientific, medical, genetic advancements in MEU" it will be done, and declare himself a victor of discussion. I might as well say that "With the scientific, medical, genetic advancements in MEU" most gays and trans will be healed and become straight, but that would be no less bullshit than what you say that in MEU everyone has perfect body. Again,in that case there should be no ugly or even plain women, because "With the scientific, medical, genetic advancements in MEU" cosmetic surgery would be trivial, yet somehow Andromeda excels in having a largest number of unattractive women in Mass Effect game to date.

So BW hates fat people so much they canonically removed them from the entire universe.  Not a single overweight person in all of the Milky Way or Andromeda.  Can you imagine what would happen if they did that to any other minority group?  Holy cow, I thought we were just gonna need an apology, its starting to look like a protest or a march or something is in order.

True story

In MEU you don't have to be a trained astronaut to fly in space. Space travel there is trivialized, so anyone from farmers to presidents can make interstellar travel without needing any training. You don't need to have special training to be a passenger on board of airplane. And space stations there are not like what we have nowadays - with cramped space and lack of gravitation. Space stations in MEU are more akin to nowadays oil rigs, for example.
