I mean, it's the only one I can think of that uses an intimidate check
the persuade line is: 'Surely you can tell me something.' and the intimidate line reads: 'You're going to tell me everything. Now.'
^ though despite the choices according to the toolset Alistair won't tell you anything regardless his response (understandably) is different depending on whether you selected persuade or intimidate
(oh and before I forget, can I just say I love your mods? I have several of them installed for my current playthrough  )

And I'm so glad you are enjoying some of my small efforts to mod the game! it might be, as I said, it's the only lines I can recall from Alistair during Ostagar that uses the Coercion skill flavors *shrugs*
and you're welcome people like yourself are why I'm trying out some modding of my own at present, it's going slow (since I have no prior knowledge beyond making small edits and head morphs) but I'm having a lot of fun so far, I'm trying to make a hair mod for Sten (I know...it's a bit odd perhaps, but I felt he needed one  ), and perhaps if I'm able to finish it I'm going to make some other mods as well I have an idea for an armor mod for my main warden...we'll see how that goes
and I wouldn't call them small, some of them make the experience so much better (even after the many playthroughs I've had up 'till now) some of them even make me go 'why didn't I think of that? that's neat!' like putting Anders in the Circle after saving it, I love that one or the kaddis store, I love having Dog around, so having a shop dedicated to him is very nice as well

The 'why' of having persuade/intimidate labels on dialogue without a Coercion requirement would be best asked of the developers... there's no indication at all in the toolset of what the reasoning is, on any of the instances I've seen... though I personally believe that it's just a 'flavour' or 'emphasis' indicator... and if I'm remembering correctly, DAO player character Persuade/Intimidate dialogue options always appear, whether the player has any points in Coercion, with the pass/fail check (if any) only determining what the NPC response is; this differs from DAI, where the availability of certain dialogue was contingent investment in perks. (And it's been YEARS since I played any of the Dragon Age games, so I may be mis-remembering.  )
