It's odd but overload acts as a primer for others to detonate. And yes I was aware what was on the team with ammo/powers
Only mine was the Blue Tech Explosion. It's weird to see a vanguard set it off when it's a marked only as a "detonater" not a "primer" And it's one of the only natural Tech primers I seen rest are built in from an ability.

I haven't noticed much how it behaves in multiplayer, but in singleplayer it can be both a primer and a detonater. For example, I can zap an enemy and Cora will charge them, causing a tech explosion; or I can set an enemy on fire, then zap them and create a fire explosion.

This does bring up oddities on the markers though.
left hand marks what it primes for. right it shows the detonation mark. If they do this prob put those tiny markers honestly on the powers.
I'm hunting down bugs/mis information on powers & plausible adjusters that would make them better.

Yea, it's a primer, but like Throw, has a pretty short detonation window. It's much longer than Throw, especially if you charge it up first. Probably about 3 seconds (the time they spend stunned). Throw's priming fades in an instant without the upgrade.
