Apparently, I can import someone else's CC face into my game so I can use it? I don't suppose it'll let me just import a bunch and save them, or it is a one at a time deal?

No, you can't "import a bunch and save them". You select a face for each sibling, and then designate them "My Heroes". In doing this, you've marked those faces for importing. The issue I have with the site is that it features generic, unhelpful portraits. My characters look amazing, but the site doesn't let you see them. It posts the same generic thumbnail for every character made with a given face-scan. Only minor things like hair color and style, or eye color, are evident. Important things like bone structure, lifelike irises, etc... are not reflected. This being the case, I imagine that selecting someone else's Ryder for importing would be a bit of a crapshoot. You might eventually you get lucky and find a solid one. The best thing about the site is that it allows me to save my own creations for easy importing in the future. |

As Element Zero said, the "preview" images on Mass Effect Archives are extremely unhelpful. They look like crap, and nothing like the actual character, so just browsing the site for chars to use is not something I'd recommend. Your best bet is to browse this thread and look for chars you like, that (hopefully) have a link included: Share your Ryders (Good looking edition) |

1.Click Link to Archives. 2.Select Use Apperance. 3.In Game (you need to be online and logged in): a) Start New Game  Create Custom Character/NG+ c) Choose Male or Female of your character. d) In CUSTOMIZE APPERANCE menu choose Custom Apperance not Default. e) Hit ESC. f) Click IMPORT CHARACTER DATA (under upload character data) - window will pop up with importing process and message with information import was succesfull - hit OK. g) DONE apperance will change and you can start game or customize imported apperance (if you have selected UPLOAD CHARACTER DATA it will save this preset in your preset library after you click start game). (You can do the same with your brother / sister) Hope this help. I know my English can hurt someone ... I hope it will not be too painful experience...
