While currently combos are doing too low damage, I don't think they can be buffed much, simply because some kits can do absolutely ridiculous priming and detonation spam like Human sentinel or Kineticist or Asari Adept. IMO 30% and another up to let's say 50% from power ranks would be more than enough.
